What a great place to stay in Madrid! Great neighborhood, easy walk to shops, restaurants and groceries. Watching the sunset from rooftop terrace was an excellent way to chill for the evening!

This is a beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood, easily walkable to central Madrid and the sights. The apartment was very sunny, and by closing the blinds it stayed cool during the day. Tha apartment looks just like the photos on the listing. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the mornings. Everything worked great, it was immaculate, the owner is very responsive and helpful, and his house manual was full of helpful suggestions about the area. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madrid!

Great location. Walking distance to most places, or to nearby metro stations to venture further and to reach the 2 main train stations. Ludovic was a great host and it was such a pleasure to meet him. Always responded promptly and readily assisted with any queries we might have. Gave us some good tips. Absent Cocktail Bar and Garden is a real gem just a few minutes down the road. We went early in the evening when it was quiet and relaxing. Apartment had very good amenities - real bonus having a washing machine, and of course air conditioning, as it was quite warm during our stay. Small, but well stocked supermarket/convenience store a few minutes away - had everything we needed. Would happily stay here again if we return to beautiful Madrid.

Our stay here was wonderful. It was a fabulous place to be in a smaller neighborhood in Madrid. The sunrise views were amazing. The place is immaculately clean. The owner is super responsive and has a complete guide on how to operate everything in the house. It is pretty hot there in August but the bedroom stays super cool so easy to sleep. It helps if you pull the blinds down leading into the sunroom that goes to the rooftop terrace. A wonderful experience and I would stay there anytime.

Wonderful apartment with a great rooftop terrace view. Fully equipped kitchen plus a chilled bottle of rose waiting upon checkin was a nice touch. Food suggestions in provided information binder were also top notch alongside the café recommendations. Would strongly consider staying in this unit again upon return to Madrid.

Everything was just right, the neighborhood is surprisingly quiet, with no noise at night even when sitting on the rooftop balcony. The apartment had all that we needed, was well-maintained, and had no issues at all. Great place!

This well-designed apartment was a great location for walking to many of the best sites in Madrid. The neighborhood was quiet and it was so relaxing to enjoy the terrace. Ludavic met us at the apartment and showed us everything we needed. He had a thoughtful and thorough handbook for neighborhood shops, sites and activities. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect in every way

From the initial experience of booking the property to the duration of the stay to checking out…Ludvig was amazing! The penthouse was beautiful, clean, secure, comfortable, stylish and modern all while being centrally-located to bars, restaurants, museums and grocery shopping. Ludvig even used his personal contacts to get us tickets to a local flamenco show that we thought was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again! A and 5 Stars!

Lovely rooftop apartment

We had a lovely stay. Ludovic & Karolina were both excellent with communication and great hosts. He apartment was beautiful as described. It was clean with a beautiful roof deck, and everything we needed. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!
