Lake house on beautiful Lake Sunapee w/ large dock

This beautiful location is situated on the clear waters of Lake Sunapee and has just been updated. We recently bought the home and would love to share it with you. As you enter the main floor, you will be amazed by the view of the lake. Relax in the open-design living room, on the screened-in porch, or down on the large dock. This is the perfect spot to enjoy views of the lake.
The sweeping granite stairs with about 45 steps and railing take you down to the dock.

Sleeps 6-8 people. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, the main floor bedroom has a queen bed; one upstairs loft has a queen. A second loft is a cozy sitting/reading area or an additional sleeping space with a twin bed and an additional twin trundle. The stairs to the loft rooms have a steeper incline, and do not have railings; they are not recommended for children or people with mobility concerns.

Equipped with a full kitchen, sun porch, gas grill, and seating outside, you’ll feel right at home.

Amenities include a washer/dryer, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, flat-screen TV, and board games.

Sit back, relax and enjoy the lake view or head out and explore the area. You will love how close it is to hiking/biking trails, restaurants, local attractions, shops, grocery stores, and the lake harbors.

A quiet neighborhood, the property is best suited for couples or families with mature children.
