Welcome to your “home away from home” in Naples, aka paradise! This luxury condo is elegantly appointed with coastal dĂ©cor AND is comfortable with everything you need for a perfect stay in beautiful Naples, Florida. Boasting over 12-foot vaulted ceilings and French doors, the 1,500 square foot condo has 2/3 bedrooms and is newly renovated with all the comforts of home. Ten minute drive to 5th Ave, the best white sand beaches, and Naples Pickleball Center with 64 courts - and steps away from one of the nicest resort pools in SW Florida.

Beautifully appointed kitchen and bathrooms. All new appliances installed in December 2025. Designer touches abound with a chandelier fan over the comfortable master bedroom king size bed, enormous walk in closet and beautiful master bathroom with glass shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed and the den/office has a pullout queen size bed. Open concept living/dining room with 75 inch TV. In-unit has a brand new full-size washer and dryer. Crisp linens and soft towels are provided. Wifi thermostat and keyless entry make it easy to come and go.

And the location is ideal! Just a short ten-minute drive to the finest upscale restaurants & shops on 5th Avenue and 3rd Street as well as Naples’ most desired white sand beaches. The condo is directly across the street from one of the largest and most beautiful resort pools in SW Florida. The gated community boasts bocce, tennis and endless community activities. It’s also quiet and private with a front and back lanai overlooking a palm reserve. A covered carport is right outside the door. This is a second floor unit.

Rent here while you’re looking to buy your Naples forever retirement home, work from here while you escape the winter up North, or stay for vacation. One month rental minimum starting from the first of the month. Bookings need 30 days advance notice prior to your stay and no pets per our HOA.

In order to be respectful of neighbors, no parties allowed or noise after 10 pm. Maximum of six people allowed.

Beautiful condo. Very comfortable and everything provided to make the stay enjoyable. Short walk to the amazing pool which was very convenient. Very friendly community and can't say enough about the owner, Karen. She is the most thoughtful and helpful owner we have ever rented from. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home!

This home and resort are amazing!!! The house is very clean, comfortable, and has all the necessities! The pool is spectacular and just a minutes walk from the condo. The resort is located in a great area 
 very close to Tin City, Marco Island, and many attractions. Karen and Larry are wonderful hosts! They were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and local venues. We would definitely stay again!

Great location

Close to the pool and 2 tennis courts (no PB courts). Loved the beautiful pool! Downtown Naples and beaches 10 min away. Nice front and back screened porch. We had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Great communication. Enjoyed our stay--would stay again!

Naples oasis

Our vacation at Falling Waters was excellent. From the moment we walked into the condo.It smelled wonderful and was nice and clean.Our hosts had it the best supplied we have ever experienced. Even had coffee kcups ready for use and a treat of cookies. The place is beautifully decorated and had a very comfortable bed.We also had good service. The microwave went out and Larry came the next day with a new one. We also liked how convenient it was to the pool. The pool is amazing and a great place to hang out for the day. Would highly recommend staying here.Brian & Judy

Sunshine State Gem

Absolutely perfect! The condo itself was fantastic 2 screened balconies 1 in the front and 1 in the back. The unit was so clean, spacious and well appointed we couldn’t have asked for better. The complex was stunning the landscaping was impeccable and the pool is one of the most impressive I’ve ever seen. The location was great just on the edge of everything but so quiet. Our hosts were very attentive and their instructions were easy to follow. We wish we could have stayed longer, the weather was great😎

I wanted to move in permanently! Great location!

This was truly a luxury property! From the main entrance, to the water features throughout the property, this really felt like a resort. Mature landscaping that you just can’t get with a new property helped create a secluded and private oasis away from it all. The condo was a perfect retreat, with a dedicated parking space, and very spacious and inviting balconies in both the front and the back. Very spacious and high ceilings! The interior is nicely decorated with everything you’ll need for entertaining, or working, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very nice office – with a view – printer, everything you’ll need. (this was a work trip for me – so I definitely used the office). And the pool – wow! No joke! This felt like a Disney resort, but private and without the kids. Definitely take advantage of the pool!

Great Amenities!!

My husband and I rented for a month this summer. We love this “hidden” gem! Very comfortable, nicely furnished and had all the amenities of home. The pool is spectacular—it’s hands down one of the best pools we’ve ever been to! The location is ideal. In a short, easy drive, we were on the beach at 5th and 3rd. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby as well, but the actual condo is quiet with a wonderful wooded view off of the back lanai. There is a front lanai as well. Owner Karen Charlotte was responsive and helpful. This condo had everything we were looking for. Highly recommended!!
