Beautiful family friendly property on Pelican Lake in Breezy Point with 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 on the main floor) and 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 on the main floor). Beautiful lake view through 2 sliding glass doors and a dock to connect your boat. Close enough to the Breezy Point Resort to enjoy their restaurants. Only 11 miles from lovely Nisswa, MN.

The host was great and let us do early check in. The view and lake access were great! The property itself was pretty dusty and several lights were burned out. The fridge was very loud and dripped water on the top shelf. The furniture and beds were very worn. Not much privacy from adjacent neighbors.

We’re glad you enjoyed the view, lake access, and early check-in. We’re sorry some areas did not meet expectations. Our cleaning team has consistently provided excellent service, though we apologize if any dust was missed. We also wish we had known about the burned-out bulbs and refrigerator issue, as we have local maintenance available to assist promptly. The sleeper sofa was purchased new last year, the mattresses are less than two years old, and the remaining furnishings are well maintained. The property is a duplex with separate outdoor areas for each family, and the dock helps divide the swimming and boating spaces.

We had a wonderful stay. Our host was very quick and responsive to our questions and special requests, allowing for a little later check out. Our rental was clean and comfortable and in a perfect location. An easy walk to the main Breezy Point lodge with all that it has to offer yet set in a quiet neighborhood on the peninsula. We enjoyed watching the sun come up over Pelican Lake while having our coffee on the deck every morning. We would stay here again. Thank you, Loretta,

Overall decent place, it could use a deep clean as it was very dusty and plenty of spider webs. Resort and pool are close but you have to pay extra to use them and they are very dated.

The unit could use a new refrigerator as the one in the unit was falling apart. A TV in the master bedroom would have been nice too. The unit was beautiful and clean. I did have to contact the host once and she was very prompt on contacting me back. I would like to get this unit again next year from July 25 - August 1, 2027. If you could please contact me so I can reserve it again.

Girls weekend

Girls weekend, Clean and comfortable nice view of the lake. Beds were comfortable upstairs but the bed on the lower level it was very uncomfortable. Had everything there we needed is far as supplies paper towels wash cloths etc. shampoo and conditioner etc. Will definitely stay there again if the bed was fixed on the main floor

Great Place

This home is right on the water and it's a flat walk to the water. Fire pit was very enjoyable! The furniture is comfortable (the beds are very firm) and it's perfect for a small group. Would definitely recommend.

Family Getaway

We stayed with our 2 sons and their wives and grandkids. Overall it was a very nice townhouse. It was listed as a 3 bedroom but the 3rd bedroom is a loft that you walk thru to get to the master bedroom and is open to below. Still, very nice and it worked for us. Loretta was easy to work with and very accommodating to get the dock in so that we could bring our boat. If you don't know the people on the other side it can be a little awkward. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you have a big group and reserve both sides.
