Less than a 5 minute drive from enjoying some beach lounging, good fishing, and shopping. Or relax in our brand new 3 bed, 2 bath, dog friendly home. The fenced in yard and screened patio provide comfort and safety. The backyard connects to a pond for beautiful views and fishing. Sleep well with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds (bunk), and a sleeper sofa. Cook a meal with the electric oven, cooktop, pellet smoker, and charcoal grill. Charge your electric vehicle with a 50 amp EV Charger.

We had an amazing time at this Rockport house! The place had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Location was perfect and close to restaurants, shops, and the water, plus we took a quick day trip over to Port Aransas. The highlight was our daughter catching her very first fish in the back pond! It really felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable and Convenient Stay in Rockport-Fulton

The home is clean, new, and well equipped. Fenced yard is secure for pets to roam. Nice fire ring in the backyard--be sure to bring firewood. Adequate parking, including your boat, within the fenced yard. The freshwater pond out the back gate holds largemouth bass. From the banks, we caught and released more fish there than in 2 days on the bays.

New, Clean and Quiet

My family stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect! It's a new build and is very clean. It's about 45 minutes to Corpus Christi and 30 minutes to Portland. However you're like 30 feet to the water from your backyard.

Spring break

Home was clean and easy to find. About a 10 minute drive to the beach and surrounding stores which wasn’t terrible. Our home had everything we needed including games for the kiddos. We all had a blast! Definitely recommend this place!

Place was warm and welcoming and as described in pictures. Sitting out back was very nice but could hear some Highway noises. Really loved staying here FYI check out is at 10 sharp. They ask you to clean and do laundry and vacuum so it would be nice to have till 11 to do chores and after 10 there is an additional $100 per hour This really was an awesome place to stay and would stay here again!!

Perfect house for a family beach trip

The house was beautiful and spotless. It was stocked with everything we needed for a perfect family beach trip. We had an amazing time here spending time with our family for my daughter's birthday. The only complaint I have is the motion activated floodlights that shine in the bedroom windows at night. Definitely bring an eye mask if lights bother you at night. Other than that it was an amazing stay!

Mini Vacation

This beach house did not disappoint! Very clean and cozy. Perfectly located just down the road from the beach and little shops in town, which is not over crowded! The fenced in yard is great if you have kids staying with you like we did or if you have pets. Beautiful home with a sun room that was perfect for lounging and chatting with the family, there were outside games provide which were the cherry on top to ending a day at the beach. We definitely made memories that we can smile about for a lifetime! We will be booking here again very soon !

Wonderful stay in Rockport

Great house, great location! The house was very clean and the yard was great for our dogs. We enjoyed using the smoker as well for a family dinner! highly recommend this property! Would definitely stay here again when in the area and will recommend to friends.

Fun stay for family and friends

If you are wanting a fun stay with friends or family, this is the place. It is in close proximity to everything you need. It is well stocked and spacious inside and out. The fire pit was fun to sit around at night too. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We will be back!
