The house was just like the pictures. It was plenty of room for everyone and in a great location and quiet neighborhood. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The Perfect Surprise Birthday Location!

The house was big, had plenty of room, and matched exactly what the listing said was available. The rooms and beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for us to just sit and relax and visit Highly recommended!

East side Austin home great for larger families

Residential property near Manor, TX on a quiet street. Plenty of room. It’s a large house and WiFi coverage was great. Plenty of hot war and good pressure. We were only there for one night so couldn’t make use of all it had to offer

Not bad but needs work

Our stay overall was fine but there were a few things that detracted from our stay. First off the garage pics are included in the listing but then it is listed far down that the garage is NOT included, which is misleading. Second the upstairs bathroom does NOT drain properly because the stopper doesn’t stay propped up by itself, you have to hold the drain stopper up to drain it. The coffee maker had mold in it so that hadn’t been properly cleaned.

Yes, It Can Accommodate You

I needed a nice place to host my family reunion and this property fit the bill. There was plenty of room for all of us (18) and compliments were given on how beautiful the house is. Small outside backyard area, but space to bar-b-q or use a small trampoline. We had a ball, in part to the facility. I would stay here again.

Lovely home

Everything you need and nothing you don't - the house was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. We felt safe and comfortable, and my large family was able to rest comfortably in the home without feeling claustrophobic. Would stay in again!

Great Family Reunion Space

We had a great stay! The toys and game room was great for the kids as it was too hot to be outside. Everyone had their own bed and slept well. There was a general store close by for snacks. Had to travel a bit for restaurants but we knew that based on location.

Great place

We rented the house because our daughter was getting married at the grand lady which is about 15 minutes away. It was perfect for our needs. Comfortable, clean, everything we needed.

So much potential

It was a great fit, great location and most of it was really nice. It looks like there is some upgrading going on, or repainting. But it is pretty strange. Light fixtures are painted and don’t work in the master bathroom. There are like a lot of places much needed repairs and replacements. (lamps don’t work, etc.) The carpet needs to be cleaned and the house was not very clean in some areas. We had one bed that never was changed from a previous renter. Lots of personal hair so we changed the sheets ourselves. Overall I would like to rent this place again if needed, but I would ask them to go the extra mile before I stayed to make sure if was 100% clean and top notch. I don’t know if it is any different than other rentals, but my family has a very very high standard on cleanliness and getting our monies worth.

Great house for families

Great place for our family of 10 (4 kids 3-9 years) to stay for a family wedding at the nearby Barr Mansion. Plenty of bedrooms and 3 full baths on two levels, with a second living area upstairs gave us plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was spacious. We were about 20 minutes away from the airport and many activities in the Austin area. Nice suburban neighborhood. Our host was very responsive.

Great House!

It's a perfect house. I came here to attend SXSW along with my work team. The house is quite spacious, so it worked out great for all 5 of us. The host was always prompt with all his responses. A small thing to keep in mind is that this place is a little far from the Austin downtown activity area. So, we had to use uber a lot but other than that, this place is amazing! I would highly recommend it.

The host was very responsive, no issues with the house. Would recommend for a family gathering. If you are familiar with Austin this is good location for a base camp. Close to major highways
