The spacious living room, kitchen, and sunroom provide ample room for a comfortable gathering of friends and family. This home has five bedrooms, a family room with sleeper sofa, and four bathrooms for a total occupancy of 12. Enjoy a hot tub, sauna, spacious backyard, covered front porch, back patio, custom built log furniture, basketball court, ample parking for all your toy haulers, children's room, built in grill, and garage. Close to snowmobile trail, Soo Locks, Brimley State Park, Tahquamenon Falls, LSSU, Mackinac Island and more, this is the perfect getaway for your U.P. vacation. You can be assured of a healthy stay for your family as this is a no smoking/no vaping of any type of product property.

UPPER LEVEL: Master: custom built king log bed, private AC unit, custom walk-in closets, custom built log furniture, and private master bath (dual shower heads, washer & dryer, double custom-built vanity). Bedroom 2: custom built queen log bed & closet. Bedroom 3: custom built log twin bunks, built in shelving unit, & walk in closet.
MAIN LEVEL: Spacious Living Room: vaulted ceilings, sectional sofa, full sofa, oversized chair, sitting chair, smart TV, coffee tables, custom built stone propane fireplace, & custom log staircases to upper and lower level. Kitchen: open concept dining/kitchen spacious & fully stocked with new fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, BOSCH dishwasher, trash compacter, all essential cookware, custom dining table seats 8, 3 bar stools, and sunroom with electric fireplace, bench, high-top two-seater table and half bath. Back Entry: spacious entry off garage with custom built coat rack, closet, and seating.
LOWER LEVEL: Family room with queen sectional sleeper sofa, two washers & dryers, foosball table, smart TV, & games. Front bedroom with custom built queen log bed & sofa. Back bedroom with custom built queen log bed, closet, and half bath (stand up shower).
GARAGE: two door garage with family yard games & sauna.
OUTDOOR LIVING: covered front porch with custom built log furniture including porch swing. Backyard deck with seating for 8, built in grill unit, high top with seating for 4, and hot tub. Custom built cement firepit w/starter wood and chairs, playground, decorative pond with fountain. Scenic country views.
DRIVEWAY: Paved, ample parking, basketball court (overflow parking available, please inquire).
Guest Access
This custom-built log home is located in a rural area with scenic country acreage with plenty of space and privacy. The home is two miles South of Sault Ste. Marie, so you can enjoy the quietness of country living while only a few minutes to town. The home is a ten-minute drive to LSSU, Soo Locks, boat ramps, beaches, and rivers, and the home has direct access to the snowmobile trail. The home is less than an hour drive to the Mackinac Island ferry, Tahquamenon Falls, and many other popular local attractions.
Additional Information
This home is located in a rural neighborhood with additional short-term rentals and neighbors nearby. Each rental has plenty of space and privacy, including separate driveways. We do ask that all guests respect the privacy of others, utilize the space provided in the listing, and observe the quiet hours of 10:00 P.M. â 6:00 A.M. to allow all to enjoy the serene experience of rural living. We welcome snowmobilers and other guests with trailers and ask that you please inquire prior to booking about overflow parking.

Guests have private access to the entire home, garage, front yard, and backyard. This is a stand alone home structure.

We fell in love with this property and are excited to share it with our guests. Lifelong residents of Sault Ste. Marie, we enjoy many of the outdoor adventures this beautiful region has to offer. Looking for something to do during your stay? We would be happy to share some of our favorite places with you.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
Country living close to town. Enjoy beautiful views, privacy, and a country experience while you are only a few minute drive to Sault Ste. Marie.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
The main entrance leads to a great room with majestic fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and custom built log staircase. The main floor also boasts a large kitchen with plenty of room for friends and family to gather around the high bar table and kitchen high top complete. An enclosed sun room offers more space for gathering and can also function as a home office. The main floor has a spacious back entrance with built in storage and half bath.
The upper level has three rooms, one perfect for younger guests. The children's log themed room has custom designed bunk beds and even a log ladder leading to a child friendly vaulted hideaway. The second room has a custom built log queen bed. Both rooms have closets and there is a a full bath just steps away.
The Grand Master includes a custom built king bedroom set, vaulted ceilings, and breathtaking views providing a peaceful oasis for adult visitors. There is a separate remote controlled air conditioning unit right over the king bed! The master has two storage closets and a grand master bathroom with an additional HE washer and dryer, full shower with dual shower heads, and custom built vanity all overlooking the serene hay fields.
Off the main floor is a two car garage with storage and sauna.
The lower level includes a additional sleeping with two custom built log queen beds in separated sleeping areas. One of the sleeping areas has an attached full bath. Also in the lower level, the family room/game room includes a sectional sleeper sofa, two washers & dryers, and washtub.
The backyard includes a patio with built in grill. The outdoor play area has a hot tub, playground, and fire pit all overlooking a pond complete with fountain. This majestic home is surrounded by hay fields and directly linked to the EUP snowmobile trail. There is abundant parking available. One of the favorite gathering spaces in the covered front porch.
