Freshly renovated 1940's beauty! Brand new kitchen with upgraded appliances, extra comfy beds, two dedicated work spaces with extra power outlets, crisp cotton linens, relaxing private backyard, dedicated parking, walking distance to the convention center and all the great restaurants and shops in DT Vancouver. Just a 15 min drive to DT Portland. 5 mins to Clark Collage. Central AC!
Cozy 1940's bungalow that has recently received a much needed facelift! Fresh bright white paint with trendy black trim and doors, a sparkling new kitchen with quartz countertops and brand new appliances, super comfy beds with brand new linens and plush pillows, outlets galore in all of the key WFH spots, two dedicated work spaces, and a gorgeous back patio area.
The front bedroom has a queen sized, medium firm mattress, black out curtains and spacious closet. Closet has an iron and ironing board.
The back bedroom has a full size bed, pulldown blackout shades, a full length mirror, dresser and work space. Very secluded from the rest of the house with a ton of nice light from the two windows.
Bedroom three is in the upstairs loft area. Two twin beds and a reading nook. Black out shades on two windows. Small built in dresser.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, drip coffee maker, french press, dishes, flatware, pots and pans, muffin tin, mixing bowls, strainer, and a toaster.
Bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a Bluetooth speaker fan and plenty of natural light from the newly installed skylight.
This house has central AC and heat.
Guests will have the entire house and backyard to themselves. Bonus - no residential neighbors on either side of the house!
Unfortunately, we can not host your furry or feathered friends at this house. If you dog is very tiny, we maybe able to make an exception. We cannot host cats due to owner allergies. If you are bringing a pet, please check out our pet friendly locations!
Please help keep our new set up nice by removing your shoes while in the house.
Parking - Guests have permission to use the driveway, and there is additional parking space available on the street.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safelydotcom to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.

2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited
3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.
4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.
5 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home.
8 - Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
