Located on Belvedere Golf Course, and within 10 min drive to Topsail Beach, and Surf city! Newly Updated, and furnished 2 bed, 2 bath featuring spacious layout, and large skylights that really make the space feel more open, and inviting! Enjoy the oversized screen porch after a day in the beach or morning coffee! This condo sleeps 6 comfortably with the additions queen blowup mattress.

Weekend in Hampstead

We were in town for the weekend to celebrate my sons graduation. This listing was a great location for why we were there, matched the online description, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Excellent property in every way

Super clean spacious comfortable condo with very responsive host. Well furnished for our weekend needs and excellent location . Golf course views and architecturally superior bright spaces compared to average condo offerings make it an especially good find in an area without local hotels close to where we needed to be.

Golf and fishing weekend

Great location close to beaches. Right on a great little golf course with a beer garden and outdoor games. Spacious 2 bedroom and nice screened in porch.

Loved the layout of the place and it had everything we needed. Unfortunately. The key was not in the lockbox, the sliding glass door to the screen porch was broken and the toilets were gross and disgusting with stains and mold.

The toilets are hard water stains and were not dirty. I tried contacting her about the key being under the mat but never could get up with her. Sliding door on second floor and never locked so not aware of it not working

Weekend with the grandchildren

We chose this location because it was close to my son's home in Hampstead. The space was roomy enough for them to visit and being across the street from the golf course my wife and I were able to get in a round with no effort
