Charming 2-bedroom condo only 20 minutes from the famous Topsail Island

Ocean Life Paradise is a condominium featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size dishwasher, stove/oven, and refrigerator. The dining area includes a dinette set for six and additional seating for four at the countertop peninsula. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed, with linens available in the front closet. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a 50' TV, a 22-foot ceiling with skylights and additional seating in the enclosed back porch seats up to six.
One of the two bedrooms offers a 3-tier bunk bed, accommodating up to three-four guests with two twin beds and a full-size bed, along with a treasure chest of children's toys for entertainment. Guests are encouraged to create art for display on the wall. The main bathroom is spacious, featuring a stand-up shower with dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. Hairdryer and a full set of towels per guest are provided. A full-size washer and dryer are also located in the hallway, with washing machine pods and dryer sheets provided.
The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, multiple outlets, USB ports, a traditional alarm clock, and a spacious bathroom. It has a full-size closet equipped with a pack and play, an iron, an ironing board, and a hand steamer, plus a private toilet closet with a shower over the tub. This main bedroom features a sliding glass door that leads to the enclosed back porch.
In the main room, there is a green notebook/journal in the shell basket. Please take a few moments before leaving and drop us a note about your stay. Given that, ALL of the furnishings for this rental have been handpicked or homemade to give you the guest(s) an amazing experience. We kindly ask that as our guest(s) please respect our furnishings just as you would your own at your home.

•DO NOT jump on the couches.
* Please respect all decorations and wall art.
•DO NOT remove anything from the rental at any time except that which is provided for you to use during your stay. Swim/beach towels, beach bag, beach toys & outdoor blankets are permitted for your use outside of the rental. It is expected these items remain with the unit upon your departure.
•NO pets unless previously discussed and approved. If accommodation is required for seeing-eye dogs or therapy animals, please note that additional paperwork may be required beyond that for dogs.
HOUSE RULES:
•Please utilize the bar, the dinette set, the back porch dining area, or the front porch patio set for eating. PLEASE DO NOT eat in any of the bedrooms or while sitting on the sofas. Being a coastal community, cockroaches and termites are extremely common. We diligently try to keep the property free of such pests. Please also do your part as our guest(s).
•Please place all used linens and towels in separate hampers for cleaning upon departure.
