Two elderly women (79 & 86) going to church meeting on Saturday from 8:30 to 4:00 didn’t want to travel from home—two hours—in the morning plus loading up car! I had three crockpots, two huge stockpots, 18 containers of frozen soup ingredients, plus paperwork and posters, personal items, and a cart to transport from car to house, house to car, and car to church. My mistake—I didn’t ask about stairs—it was really tough for us to carry cart up and down the stairs. There was no mention of stairs in the description. It was hard to get the key out of and putting keys back in the lockbox. There are no lights on the outside stairs and walkway. We used the kitchen to put the soups together. Kitchen was very satisfactory. The rest of the condo was in excellent condition and fine for us. We enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable. Host answered my questions almost immediately! A little pricey for one night—especially 150 for cleaning. We left it very clean, and used only the king bed and bottom bunk to save work for cleaning people. Brought my own paper towels. Easy access in and out. If wanting to stay in Laconia again, we would gladly rent the same condo again.

The listing was clean and as described online. We enjoyed being so close to the pool. The path to the quiet street where you can walk down to the water is behind the pool, which took us a little bit of time to find. My children had a great visit.

No washer and dryer inside this rental. Located right next to noisy road.

This unit is directly beside the road and you will hear traffic noise all day and night. The unit was clean. The furniture was not comfortable and sits very low to the floor. The walls are thin I could hear a person on the floor above us snoring ALL night. Between the road noise and your neighbors snoring, this was not a peaceful place to stay. There were no wash cloths to bathe with. This brings me to the fact that the Washer and Dryer listed as a popular amenity is NOT inside the unit and there is nothing in the listing to direct you to the location of them. I had to message the owner to find out where to wash our laundry being as the washer and dryer was not inside the unit. Those of you who do rent this place will need to know you will have to drive down several buildings and look for the swimming pool on the right. After finding the pool you will walk down two flights of outdoor stairs and around the corner to the left. Hopefully it’s not raining. This is where you will find the Laundromat. The laundromat says 9am until for the hours of operation but may not be open until hours later. You will need a $5 dollar bill to purchase a washer and dryer CARD that you will then have to place back into the card dispensing machine in a different slot to load money on. You then need at least a $ 10 dollar bill to load money on to the card you just paid $5 dollars for. All of the information about the laundromat should be listed directly in the VRBO listing.

Very nice condo

On first look, the building is somewhat generic. Very plain. Inside, the owner did a great job of updating everything. Everything was clean, new or “almost new”. We felt at home. I would stay there again!

Excellent place to stay!!!

The condo was more spacious than we could have imagined. Had all the comforts of home. Locality was key. Just know if you want to walk to the pier, beach, shops, restaurants, there is a massive hill to tackle. It wasn’t an issue for us but could be for others.

Awesome location for visiting weirs beach

The condo was in a great central location. The beds were very soft and everything seemed nice and clean. The AC in the king bedroom unfortunately was spurting water onto the carpet and soaked the surrounding area. The owner responded quickly and wanted to make sure the AC was still keeping us cool which it was ( there was a heatwave). There where a few things in disrepair ( AC, broken towel bar in bathroom, the outside balcony) but nothing big and for the location alone would stay again for a quick 1 or 2 night stay, overall a good stay for 2 couples and very nice owner.

Great Stay

Would definitely recommend this spot. It was just as described and we didn’t experience any issues. You can walk to the beach from here or just enjoy the pool at the condo complex. Parking was very easy as well.

NASCAR weekend

Very convenient location, pool and tennis courts were great. Wish I would have had a basketball, lots of great amenities. Unit was large for our family of 5, good sleeping arrangements, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Screened in balcony was a nice addition lots of green space outside that the kids could play Parking was never an issue Very easy on and off access to the main road Unfortunately being from out of country we had no access to the streaming services and we had a really rainy weekend so it would have been nice to have some cable or satellite Tv but free wifi was fast and easy to connect. Absolutely incredible boardwalk with lots of restaurants, arcade, beautiful beach just a couple blocks over. Connivence store one block over and grocery store about 10min away. Very nice place to stay when visiting this area! We have already talked about coming back!

Great for families

We stayed with my sister and family for a total of 4 adults and 4 kids. There is plenty of space for kids and adults. The outdoor shower and fire pit are great. Five minute walk to the beach is ideal and the boardwalk is walking distance too. The beds are all very comfortable. Plenty of kitchen space. All in all, a fabulous place to stay.
