This well equipped 4bed + 2bath + heated pool and jacuzzi / hot tub + 5 min to beach + tiki bar with 2 TVs + fire pit + Hammock + complimentary coffee bar + pool games + billiards + foosball + ping pong + board games+ outdoor shower + comfy beds + smart TVs in every room+ basketball nets + pack n play + private extra AC in master bedroom + Vollyball nets + Less than 25 minutes from the airport with plenty of parking is calling your name!

Fun for all ages! Wake up and help yourself to our complimentary coffee bar. Grab your swimsuit and enjoy our heated pool. Relax on the daybed. Barbeque burgers on the grill and eat outside on the patio, and enjoy watching TV from the Tiki Hut! Have a drink with your friend on our lounge chairs. At night, chill out in the jacuzzi and use our outdoor shower to rinse off. Enjoy a meal at the dining room table, play ping pong/pool, or sit by the outside fire pit, and have some drinks! The choice is yours!!

Working from home? No Problem! We have a Work desk/gaming table that can fit up to 3 monitors. High-Speed Wifi and Wifi extender so you can work from the pool! We have tons of outdoor/ indoor games and activities for the whole family! We have a Pack-n-play and life jackets for small children.

Ample driveway parking. The neighborhood is close to the beach and restaurants.

The Beach:
Pompano Beach has 3 miles of lovely beachfront making it one of the most beautiful and family-friendly beaches in South Florida. There are many amenities on our beach; walking paths, picnic pagodas, fitness equipment, and the children’s playground with an interactive water fountain. Our newly developed pier with its iconic shade sails and fish-shaped pier point make enjoying the sun and outdoors enticing. The morning sunrise is never better than with a run on the beach or a yoga workout.

Dining
Pompano Beach offers a vast array of dining choices, from Zagat-rated fine dining restaurants to casual bistros and tropical beach bars directly on the beach, many featuring live entertainment and great happy hours.

There are all types of activities including water sports, sand volleyball, an interactive water fountain, playground, outdoor fitness equipment, walkways, and picnic areas, all overlooking the ocean.
*The public beach is guarded seven days a week from 9:00 am to 4:45pm and 6:45 during daylight saving time. All are very welcome.

Golf&Tennis:
*The Greg Norman Signature Pines Golf Course, redesigned by Greg Norman features 7119 yards, par 72, TifEagle greens, and 5 sets of tees for your golfing enjoyment. The adjacent Palms Course is over 6280 yards, par 71 and 5 sets of tees, and only a mile from the beach!
*The Pompano Beach Municipal Tennis Center located at Community Park offers 16 lighted professional clay courts.

Fishing:
Named for the Pompano, Pompano Beach has some of the world’s best sports fishing; the best topography and temperature of the Atlantic Ocean just east of the beach are the perfect habitat for many sport fish. No fishing license required.

Water Adventures:
Pompano Beach has water adventures galore, for both the young and young at heart; from kayaking, jet skiing, boating to luxury dinner cruises and much more.

Things to Do
Isle Casino Racing Pompano Park features live entertainment daily in a smoke-free environment. It has 38 live-action poker tables and 1,500 slot machines with 6 restaurants to choose from. It is the winter capital of Harness Racing. The Park also offers simulcasting of Harness and Thoroughbred Racing, Jai Lai Games, and Greyhound Racing from over 20 venues across North America.

The Festival Flea Market is the largest indoor flea market in the US, very popular with visitors!

Ample parking is available if you rent a car. A quick 5 minute UBER to the beach or restaurants and shopping is also a great option.

The pictures of this listing do not match what you experience in real life. The backyard is on a busy street so the sound of traffic is very loud. The furniture is very worn. The location is good and the host is responsive.

While the listing pictures a luxurious, well-kept house, the reality is much different. Lots of deferred maintenance ranging from peeling paint, cracking floors, moldy caulk in bathrooms, plumbing issues, dusty vents, cigarette burns and stains on couch, incredibly scuffed up walls and broken/chipped furniture. Various chemicals (muric acid, ant killer, etc..) were also stored openly which was a concern for us with small children. When we shared our concerns/house issues with the owner, their response was unprofessional on top of already challenging communication due to slow or no responses to our communications. Later the owner apologized for the unprofessional communication and issues with the house and gave us a partial refund which we were grateful for. As for the positives, aside from the partial refund the owner was open to some special cleaning requests we had prior to our arrival, the pool is lovely and the house is well located in close proximity to beach, restaurants and shopping. Still, we were pretty disappointed especially given the we paid.

We got AI scammed with this one! First off, it is by no means “NEW” as advertised! The property does not look like the pictures. They were definitely AI generated! Lounge chairs are not the nice looking wooden ones shown in the pictures…they had a 2-3 descent ones and a row of 4 broken ones that had to legs to support them so they just laid broken on the floor. The hot tub was dirty! The beautiful looking table was absolutely filthy and all the chairs were frayed and would catch your pants & clothes! The ping pong table was broken and pooltable torn and filthy. The outdoor bar and tiki area were super cute but filthy. There was no basketball hoop for the kids to play…the broken base was there but no hoop! The yard backs the main road right at a light so cars are stopped at the light blasting music practically in your yard! The bathrooms, especially the main one did not look like they were cleaned before we arrived! 2/3 bathrooms didn’t have a garbage can and the kitchen garbage was broken. Overall descent house but not for the price we paid and allThe cleaning we had to do to be comfortable!

Tried to find something wrong... they had EVERYTHING covered!

Ok, the only thing wrong was the shower had too much pressure. lolol - Silly right? No one would complain about that... that's how amazing our stay was. Upon arrival the front is very unassuming, you almost thing hmmmm... is this the right booking? Until you step inside and BOOM! Transition into relaxation mode, with big permasmiles on your face. It is literally a hidden oasis that's just a stone throw away from all the amenities you need. The home is comfortable, clean and unique, such a great energy in the space. All the rooms are a good size, the living space and the highlight is the backyard with the pool, bbq, bar, shoot they even had 2 basketball nets. I said, ok shoot I forgot a high chair for the baby, Oh no worries, they've got that covered. Oh, we need floaties for the children, Boom! They got that covered, no only do they have it covered, they have an assortment of floaties to choose from. Most importantly, they were very flexible and great hosts, who truly understand how to run a great business. If I can give them 6 stars I would. You won't be disappointed folks. #JungleFunk
