Excellent in every respect. Super location. Short walk to the Salty Dog and pickleball. Really enjoyed the flexibility of a bbq.Would return.

Wonderful location and outdoor living space with beautiful view. Comfortable beds and other furniture. Upholstery on dining chairs and slipcover on sofas are stained and should be upgraded. Updated bathrooms and kitchen are very nice! Very quiet location. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location!

The place was clean and convenient for the beach. Only negatives were the beds were a little to firm for our tastes, and we wished a couple of beach chairs were provided.

A nice place in a great location within walking distance of the Salty Dog cafe. Note: The shower door in one of the bathrooms had been broken and was temporarily replaced with a shower curtain when we were there.

Our favorite things about the property: The tv on the patio which we would watch every night The proximity to the lagoon was so nice with the fish jumping and all the birds Also liked the big footstool by the sofa so we could all put our feet up

Perfect girls getaway

The location was great. All the amenities sea pines has to offer! Tennis and pickle ball courts closer even than the beach. The light above the stove and the outside porch fan were not working, but it did not affect our good time. Would stay here again.

Great Location

Overall very nice stay and great location. There was an awful smell from the refrigerator and the master closet door was off the tracks. Nothing to keep us from choosing this place again! Host was great at responding!

Wonderful villa in quiet community, easy access to everything

Check in was super easy. We ended up being able to get in a day early and that made our arrival much easier. The villa was exactly as advertised - spacious with great indoor and outdoor areas. We particularly enjoyed lounging on the back patio watch the deer run around (they were very friendly). The kitchen was fully-equipped - we were even able to bake a birthday cake while we were there. The location was fantastic for getting to the beach and pool. It was a lovely week and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Good value for money

We had a very nice stay. This is our second time to HH and Sea Pines. The only blemish is the washing machine was not functioning, and the glass windows needed some shutters for privacy. Other than that, everything was as advertised.

South Beach Lagoon Villa's

Property was a good location next to Salty Dogs. Nice layout for a couple. Bed was cozy. All amenities seemed to be in good working order. Clean with several starter items. Thoughtful care package and $300 worth of bonuses like bikes, beach chairs, ectumbrellas

Great! (with a few exceptions)

Beautiful location! So close to many beach access points and almost literally next door to the Salty Dog! The only issues were the AC and the doors. The AC is set to 78 on arrival. That meant the inside temp was 83 when we arrived and it did not go down until the next day. Even with the AC, the average inside temp during the day was between 76 and 79. Livable but not great for our family. The doors to the bedroom were very sticky and loud. To seal completely, you had to really push it. Because we had a toddler, this made night time a little tricky. Other than that, it was a cute and cozy house with a very pretty view.
