Three full bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy, including an en-suite in the master bedroom and a jack-n-jill bathroom shared between the full and twin bedrooms.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, adorned with elegant granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and even a wine fridge. With dining seating for six, both indoors and outdoors, you can savor delicious meals in a refined setting. * An early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee - September to May only.

* Garage dimensions: 8'5” wide, 35' length, 7'1 height

* Rental comprises the second-floor unit, a private bayfront patio, a private bayfront balcony, and a 2-car tandem garage.

* All stays over 31 nights may be subject to additional fees, which may not be reflected in the balance but will be outlined in the rental terms and conditions.

* Monthly stays are for one familial unit staying the entire time and cannot be broken up amongst groups.

* An AC surcharge will be imposed depending upon the weather and season.

* Parking can be a tight fit anywhere in the area for larger trucks or SUV's. If the unit has a garage or carport, we recommend backing in for best results.

* Additional parking can be found on public streets/lots. 24-hour parking is not allowed in most public lots – please adhere to posted parking limitations to avoid ticketing and/or towing.
