Kitchenette has all you need -Induction cooktop rather than stove, microwave, toaster oven, water kettle, drip coffee maker, blender, all utensils, dishes, glassware, electric skillet, etc. Large fridge. All linens. Walk-in shower. Hot Tub in screened area in back yard, free use of washers/dryer.s
~Backyard, grill, dining tables, pergola, hot tub & laundry room shared by all guests
~Central air & heat shared with 2nd downstairs apt.
~IMPORTANT: NO LIGHTED ANYTHING, CANDLES ALLOWED IN APARTMENT!!

It really is ideally located. Supermarket is a couple of blocks away and historic downtown is a good walk of 15 to 20 minutes and vrbo owner’s recommended restaurants were terrific.

Room was cozy and quiet. We loved that there was onsite parking. Check-in & out was easy and no contact with host was needed. Bring your own coffee.

Perfect Central Ft Meyers VRBO

This comfortable well appointed and attractive apartment is centrally located in downtown Fort Myers on a quiet neighborhood street. It has a lovely enclosed backyard with comfy chairs for hanging out after a day of sightseeing. The world renowned Edison/ Ford properties and museum are about a 15 minute walk away. Our hostess Cleo was just wonderful. She met us when we arrived, and took the time to recommend places to see and things to do. Our 4 night 5 day stay couldn’t have been more perfect.

Great location walked to Edison/Ford estate, downtown and area restaurants. Publix close we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again if we were to go again. Loved being in the downtown area.

Weekend Stay

This was perfect for our weekend visit with family. Lovely, roomy, everything we needed in a great location. Enjoyed using the bicycles to ride to town for breakfast. Cleo was a wonderful host. We would stay here again for sure!

Very well located

The over all condition of the room was very clean. The only 2 complaints we had we talked to the owner and Cleo fixed them. I would recommend this place to stay at.

Great place to stay

Cleo was very helpful in getting us settled in and checked out. Very nice neighborhood, convenient to downtown. Great central location to all the attractions around. Not close to the airport, but very easy to get there. Some good restaurants nearby.

My husband and I are Ft. Myers natives, having moved back in 2008. We love this locations and have enjoyed upgrading our beautiful 1924 Arts & Crafts home next door to our Green Palm Villa vacation Rental. The villa is also of 1924 era & has had numerous changes over the years. It's been exciting to convert this home in to lovely, comfortable vacation rental apartments. Our beautiful, tropical landscaping always draws attention from passersby, who often stop to talk with us. Living next door allows us to aid or interact with guests when wanted or needed.

Lovely upgraded 1924 home, with beautiful tropical gardens and super location near downtown and other amenities.

One can walk downtown in 12-15 minutes. Publix grocery, & the Thomas Edison, Henry Ford Estates are only a few blocks away. It's so easy to get to most everything from our location!
