Charming home, large yard, garage, quiet neighborhood!

Vacationing or transitioning between homes? On an extended stay for the amazing outdoors? Perfect location if you're looking for a quiet, non-pretentious small town neighborhood, under blue sky days, and star-filled sky nights! This comfortable home boasts a large back yard with fruit trees, fully enclosed on all sides for dogs. It's fully furnished, including a basic office space. Soft water tank, fiber optic WiFi, spacious garage, some storage space available for guests. Please read cancellation policy.

The space:
This is a 3 bedroom home, 2 for guests, 1 set up as a basic virtual office (a desk, table, and roller chair). Most guests are party of 2, and pricing reflects that. So there will be a nominal fee for extra guests (3+). Please be honest. :)
Guest access
Entire house! This is your home away from home, and I ask that it be treated as if it were your own property and neighborhood. I allow dogs for an extra fee. Guests more than 2 are allowed however there will be an additional fee for added bedroom cleaning and utilities. I keep the price fair for just couples since that is most of my reservations. Some shelving in the garage for storage is available, parking allowed in garage for 1 car but there is plenty of street or gravel space for an RV or other car.
Other things to note
Wifi is powerful fiber optic as of 10/2021. Cable no longer included since most guests stream via WiFi. Dogs are typically allowed, at an additional charge. Please be respectful and don’t take things you didn’t come with including dishes, and utensils or tools. Yes, that’s really happened! If something is damaged, I understand accidents happen so please take ownership: stains, rips, something broken…we can work out something to correct it. Lastly, because guests are long term, everyone is responsible for their own paper and soap and hygiene goods. However, most people are very kind and leave extra for the next guest. There’s a store nearby if anything is missing that you need.
