Beautiful private house and grounds, perfect for fun and relaxation! This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is fully equipped inside and out! Outdoor features a heated pool, outdoor wood burning fire place and two level deck with a BBQ and plenty of sitting and lounging space. Indoor features a living room with a bar area, family room with a wood burning fire place, work station and dining room. The whole first floor has an open layout. Game room in the basement includes two separate tables of pool and ping pong. Front yard has a lovely deck with rocking chairs. You may not want to leave!
Salt water POOL IS OPEN UNTIL MID OCT (Weather permitting)

**Please note that there are 3 exterior surveillance cameras on the property for security purposes. One facing the driveway/front yard area, one facing the front entrance/front yard area and one covering the back yard including decks and pool**

-1.5 hrs drive from NYC
-Train from NYC to Speonk train station which is 6 miles from the house (12 min UBER ride)
-5 min from a beautiful and calm bay beach (Webby Beach) which has a big playground.
-Lots of restaurants and ice cream shops
-Big public library with a children’s room
-7 min from a highly rated golf course (Pine Hills Golf & Country Club)
-8 min from Animal Farm Petting Zoo
-10 min to a Terrell River county park which has hiking trails that lead to the beach
-17 min to Riverhead for outlet shopping and wineries

Beautiful Home - Great Vacation!!!

We’ve stayed at numerous properties out East over the past decade and this was, indeed, one of the nicest homes/accommodating hosts we’ve encountered. Mar was extremely welcoming and promptly responded to all of our inquiries. The home/pool was spectacularly clean. We could not have had a better experience and look forward to returning again in the future.

Wonderful!

We feel so lucky to have found this rental house! The pictures online do not capture just how comfortable and complete it is. It was a perfect place for our extended family to spend some time together. Lots of seating to gather and even a basement for teens to hang out and play pool and ping pong. We will be back!

Family Reunion

Had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. Loved everything! There were plenty of clean towels for both pool and showers, all easy to find. The pool was great and very relaxing. They even had pool floats which we enjoyed using. Was a wonderful location. Easy to find off main road and near Hamptons coffee and a great Mexican restaurant with outdoor seating. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful Family Week end

The house represents the perfect environment for a Family or friends vacation. Fully furnished, fully equipped and ready to use. The pool, the garden, the outside fireplace and terrace was perfect to enjoy our time together. As plus, Mar is a fantastic host. Always available and ready to answer any questions. I truly recommend this place for anyone who wants to relax and build nice memories with friends and family. Wonderful stay!

Amazing

Amazing home spacious and had a lot of the supplies we needed for the wkend. They has towels, kitchen had pots cups etc. the bed was super comfortable and the pool was perfect my son refused to get out.

Loved it!

The house and property were beautiful and felt clean - even better than the pictures provided. It had everything we needed with a lot of nice little touches. Plenty of space with everything you need for entertainment. Mar’s communication was top notch. She responded to every question I had right away and was extremely accommodating. My friends and I would absolutely stay here again, but for even longer. One weekend was not enough!

Tens all around for this stay

The home was gorgeous, the pictures are great, but do not do this home justice. Clean is an understatement, the house was immaculate as was the outside and pool. Plenty of towels and linens to go around, the kitchen was nicely stocked for our cooking. The outside pool and fireplace was the highlight of our stay. The pool table and ping pong table was so much fun with our group. Mar was the best host I have ever encountered, that’s saying a lot since I have stayed at many rentals. Communication with her was extremely smooth, and pleasant. She even let my wife and I stay the whole day the day we checked out after learning we had just been married the day before and she did not have an incoming guest. She told us to enjoy the beautiful day by the pool. Her listing is dead on correct, you will not want to leave.

Wonderful family getaway

We have stayed at several rental properties and this place is certainly high up there. The house was very clean. Typically, we vacuum and Swiffer every rental house because we like super clean floors especially with young kids. This was the first house that didn't need any extra floor cleaning. It's located in a great location with a lot of amenities (grocery stores, parks, playgrounds, pond, antiques, wineries, bakeries and fantastic restaurants) close by. We had 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 and 8) and found something for everyone in the house from the gorgeous heated pool, hammock, multiple eating areas both indoors and outdoors and game room in the basement. The house was set back from the road which made it quite nice, decorated very well, equipped with everything we needed and the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had bar stools where you could eat and opens up to a living space as well as the outdoor deck which was perfect to be and see all the action, especially if you have to keep an eye on small kids. As for Mar, he was an incredibly kind host. He was very responsive, went above and beyond to order more coffee beans, dishwashing pods for the house and even chilled a lovely bottle of wine that he gifted me as a birthday present. I came to the house to celebrate a milestone birthday with my family and just floored by his generosity. We were able to avoid Friday rush hour traffic because Mar allowed us to check-in early since he didn't have any guests at the house. This is certainly a place where we would rent again in the future. Highly recommend!

Heavenly home rental

This home had everything and more than we expected. Absolutely pristine. Open floor plan so gathering with the family was so easy yet we could have our own space to chat in small groups. The yard and pool looked great but we were there in November so were not able to use. Owner was super helpful and home was comfortable and incredibly pretty as well. A true pleasure!

Beautiful house and pool

My family of four including two young children (3 and 5 yr old) had a great time here. The house was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed. The backyard was well manicured with a great pool, which was also super clean. We’ve stayed at enough summer houses with pools, and this house is one of the cleanest with no leaves/bugs inside the pool ha! Also great location with lots of things around. We went to webby beach in the morning, which has a big playground for kids. We went to Ultimate ice cream after some swimming in the afternoon and kids loved it. Would definitely be back in the future!

Homey splendor

The home feels like it is yours - nothing there except the lovely and comfortable furnishings. We made plans in the area and cancelled everything because the pool is perfection. Total comfort with everything modern and lots for family fun. Host is responsive and a true pleasure to rent from.

This property is the perfect escape for families or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway to relax and unwind. It's 5 min from a calm bay beach and has easy access to everything that LI has to offer. Hamptons, wineries, farms, golf, outlets and more! The property itself has so much that you don't even have to leave. Big BBQ, outdoor dining space, in-ground heated pool and outdoor fire place! Indoor space is spacious and we have pool and ping pong tables in the basement.
