Beautiful place

This is an amazing place . Wiring/ lights to room a little weird but no big deal. Pool light didn’t work but this was an awesome experience/ place to stay with a big family. Any questions we had were answered promptly. I would recommend this property to all . Thank you for letting our spend our vacation at you house.

Family time

Comfortable and well located

Noe was very responsive and kind to us. House is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to amenities and very walkable. Neighbors were kind and helpful. Great children's park within walking distance. Very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful house

The house is conveniently located only 30 minutes from a very nice Beach. Also shops are very close. Property is beautiful, very clean. Anything you could ever think you might want to cook with dishes wise is in that kitchen area. So many reasons why this is a great place to stay. If I ever decided to travel up that way again I would definitely look for this piece of property to stay in.

Quick weekend stay

House was perfectly adequate for our needs. The pool and grill were exactly what we hoped for. AC wasn’t working when we arrived but owner was quick to respond and get a repairman to us to fix the issue. House has residual roof/fence damage from hurricane that was not mentioned in listing.

The house was nice, clean, spacious. The MAIN reason we rented this house was for the HEATED pool. The pool temp was 58-62 degrees!! Contacted the owner many times during our 7 day stay - NO resolution. Was not able to use the pool at all - so sad.

Family in North Port

Our stay was good house was conveniently located and big enough for our family. Only suggestion I would make is to change the door to keypad lock or have multiple keys. We were wanting to go separate places but would not have access for getting back in without using the locked key box not a huge deal but would be a great addition.
