We had a wonderful stay here. The host were very accessible and accommodating. The house was stocked full of amenities. The pool was amazing. There is nothing bad I would say about this place. It was so beautiful and great to stay here. We would definitely stay here again. Great area. Starbucks nearby. Grocery stores nearby. Lots of restaurants.Nice distance to the beach.

Really was exactly as advertised. The house was clean and well-appointed. Everything worked and the beds and other furniture were comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. Would fully recommend you stay here!

Great getaway home

Has everything for your stay. Beautiful private pool and back yard. My week here was so peaceful. Northport is a really nice city and still so close to beautiful beaches and the Sarasota area!

Awesome

This host does all the little things right. Great host! Home was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Communication was awesome. Pool was heated appropriately, and we greatly enjoyed it. Beds, furniture and tables we great. My wife is really missing the one recliner she fell in love with. Finally a rental with a good washer and dryer that works appropriately. This house feels like home away from home! If we are in the area, we will undoubtedly rent again without question. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful experience!

We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. Very thoughtful in providing all of the little things we needed such as shampoo, all the necessary pots and pans and utensils, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, chairs and toys for the kids at the beach, floats for the pool
One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed! Amazing!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home and very clean. Communication around check-in was terrific and owner allowed us to stay a little later on check-out as we had a late afternoon flight. The garden is gorgeous and was a highlight for us!

Very Nice House

My stay in this house was very good. Nice house house, super clean and equipped. The only thing I would say, the heated pool was not working properly, but I guess under 50 degrees weather in Florida, probably will need more power to handle. (not needed for the rest of the year)

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und perfekt zum erholen. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht und alles gut gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung ist schnell, Ă€ußerst zufriedenstellend und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!

Lovely Pool and surroundings

We had a long term stay here and enjoyed the house very much. The pool area is extremely private which is very important to us and unusual to find. The hosts are super responsive. The AC had gone out and they had it repaired the next day. The location is very accessible for exploring beaches and shopping. The only negative was if you are staying for a while, bring a couple favorite pans from home, which is fairly typical.

Quiet private retreat with a good central location on the Gulf Coast.

Arrived to a clean well stocked home. Plenty of room for just two of us but also a large family or group. Quiet neighborhood and yard. Enjoyed the pool and location close to gulf beaches but far enough away to leave the crowds behind at the end of the day.

Nice Place but No Heated Pool. More like taking a polar plung.

This wasn't our original place to stay but since there was an issue with the property booked, they instead let us stay at this property. The house was very nice but the beds were not comfortable and the heater in the pool was broke so we were unable to enjoy that during our stay.

Wonderful vacation at a beautiful property

We especially appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of this house. The pool was enjoyable and the house itself was elegant and well equipped. We are regulars to the Warm Mineral Springs in North Port and beach in Venice which were both easy drives, as well as the proximity to all the nearby shopping and dining. The owner was a pleasure and very proactive.
