Please note, on our 1.75 acres, we also host a "Happy Camper" vintage cruiser airbnb listing. The lawn beyond the patio and garden is a shared space. To maximize privacy, there is a six foot privacy fence at the edge of the patio and garden.

This newly remodeled private guest house is detached from the owner's residence and features two bedrooms, (including a King size bed) and one bath. Fifteen minute drive to the beach, restaurants and shopping!
Amenities: WiFi, Grill, Stainless Steel appliances, Beach items, Basketball hoop, and more! Pack and Play and highchair available upon request.
The space
Newly remodeled and modern private guest house, approx. 1000 sq ft. Fresh clean linens and comfortable beds! Large master bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed and access to a closet. There is a Flatscreen TV in this room. Second bedroom has two twin bunk beds, an additional rollaway twin bed (if requested), and a desk. There is a magnetic dart board and family friendly games and books. Pack and play available upon request. There is free access to WiFi.

New privacy faux wood blinds are hung in every window, and there is also a washer and dryer in the guest house.

The newly remodeled bathroom has a large walk-in shower with great water pressure.

The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, black granite countertops and an island, which seats two. The kitchen has all your basic amenities, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and more. The entire house is hooked up to our RO system, so the water is great to drink.

We have a small dining area which can sit 4 people, (plus 2 at the bar.) There is an outdoor table with seating for 8, complete with Edison lights which are lots of fun at night. We have highchairs available upon request. There is a propane grill for guest use.

The Living room/kitchen offers an open floor plan with a large flat-screen television, and free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video streaming. There is a comfortable sofa with a queen sized pull-out mattress. (Sheets for the sofa-bed available upon request)

We have everything you need for your fun family vacation; Beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys.

There is plenty of parking, and we see lots of beautiful birds on our 1.5 acres of private woods! (redheaded woodpeckers, blue jays, cardinals, etc.)

We are just 15 minutes from the beach, and 10 minutes away from some of the best dining and shopping in Naples! Enjoy the sound of the wind blowing through the whispering pines in this perfect family vacation house!
