Beautifully restored four plex with brand new Italian carerra marble and heated pool and spa. The grounds are completely landscaped with tropical plants and flowers and of course lots of palm trees! Ample parking, fenced in yard. Private screened in lanai.

Disappointed

Unfortunately the property did not meet our expectations. The pool area is as described but unfortunately we came in July and therefore unable to use outside area due to mosquitos.cleanliness not to our personal standard, had to remove clunps of hair from bath drain to allow water to empty and remove dead cockroach from floor in bedroom. Lanai area tired and worn and dog poo left in garden from guests with dogs. Left a day early but the property owner was very good at keeping in contact and giving recommendations in area. This could be a good choice for some but just not what we had hoped for.

Nice pool

Upon arriving at the street the homes were quite run down, however the rentals were updated and clean. Owner was quick to respond and young lady that cleaned was very friendly.

Good place reasonably priced.

Very nice rental with a great pool and a great location in Naples. Private and quiet. You share the pool with only 3 other units. While we were there, we had the pool to ourselves on a couple of occasions.

Loved the Pool/Hot Tub!

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the property for 3 nights for a quick winter getaway. The property was within close proximity to everything from the beach to downtown dining and shopping. Check in was very smooth, they allowed us an early check in when we arrived at 3pm instead of 4pm which was very much appreciated. The house was as described in the listing but the bathroom was small and the sink was very slow to drain. The property is a shared unit; one of four. Our unit housed the WIFI and the other units apparently experienced some issues with accessing the internet, however I didn't have any issues. The pool and hot tub are a great addition to this property! The only complaints I have are that after we checked in and unpacked we left to do some grocery shopping and upon returning we found someone exiting our place. I addressed her and she said she was the "cleaning lady", she was unaware that we had checked in and was dropping some supplies off for the owner. I could tell she was shocked and embarrassed as she was very apologetic, however this was still a bit unsettling for us. The only other issue we had was being contacting by the host when we were away from the property all day insinuating we had done something to cause WIFI issues, as other guests had been experiencing problems since our checking in. I assured her we hadn't touched the unit, sent her a picture of the area after returning and she was apologetic. All in all, we had a enjoyable stay and I do recommend!!

A Destination Birthday

Over all, this was a very clean and beautiful place to stay! The pool was great as well, but does need hand rails for easily getting in and out for all ages! I found it a bit of a challenge with no where to get support!

Quiet oasis

Love the fenced in backyard where my dog could roam around and the pool was delightful! The screened in patio was lacking a little in comfortable furniture and screens are in need of repair. Communication with the owner was good, but we went back-and-forth quite a bit in the beginning with questions about the TV and some supplies in the kitchen that were lacking I would suggest something printed out explaining the TV connection, etc. Overall, though it was a lovely stay, very peaceful and relaxing

Lovely oasis

Great location, minutes from all the fun stuff. My daughter and I had a lovely time. We visited multiple beaches during our stay and relaxed in the pool each afternoon.

Great location with pool & hot tub

We enjoyed our stay in Naples. Location is great and accommodation is modern. Pool area is shared with 4 other units and has lots of seating. Kitchen has amble items and owner had a nice nonstick frying pan delivered and the neighbor had a cookie sheet and paring knife. Owner was quick to deliver another set of towels for we only had one set for the week for 4 people. This pet friendly unit is one to consider!
