The house was clean and In a great area! The property owner was very nice. The little elm beach was a great spot to see. It wasn’t warm enough to swim though.

Nice place just could be better

This was a nice neighborhood and the property was beautiful but if a few things could make it better like better quality bedding & towels . Also better cleaning job and maybe more tv’s in each room just things to make the stay more comfortable … overall good host & decent stay

Nice Home - Quiet Neighborhood

This was a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood that was super convenient for us to access the PGA Frisco golf facility. Kitchen amenities are a little lacking, but we made do with what we had. Charles was great at communicating with us before, during and after our stay as well.

Nice location, clean property, great host

My kids and I stayed here for a week-long soccer tournament in Plano. It was just far removed enough from everything that we could relax outside the hustle and bustle of Dallas and its sprawling metropolis but still get everywhere we needed to be, including Plano, Mesquite and Arlington in an hour or less. Frisco is also great and right down the road! The property was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and even sent his cleaners back after checkout to look for an item I thought I had left behind!

A great location

Overall this place was just right for our visit for our daughter’s graduation from UNT. Access to the pools, gym and basketball court was amazing. If anything Id suggest a couple bowls in the cupboards, the pan for cooking was not something Id cook with. But I definitely would not hesitate to stay here again. Id give it 5 stars.

Ron, Thanks for the Review. As discussed, setting thermostat to 74 during the summer was the instruction from the State of Texas, city of Little Elm & CoServ Energy. Their decision resides “ ERCOT Conservation Alert: Please Reduce Electric Use Now Conservation Alert: ERCOT may ask consumers to conserve power by adjusting their thermostats and limiting the use of appliances.”

Little Elm girls trip

The place was very nice and clean. Love the access to gym. Only wish were had book a little later when pool was open. But did go to little elm Beach and that was great. Only posisible improvements would be. Towel and wash cloths for kitchen and can opener. Was a great place to stay.

Short & Sweet

Our stay was short and sweet, and this house fit all our needs! It was bare minimum— i wanted to cook my oatmeal from home on the stove and there was no saucepan. The A/C worked fabulous and fast. The house was clean! Overall great experience.

Beautiful home

Very nice home and clean, but unable to use amenities and we were unable to find the sandy beachy area in the pic and no place for my son to fish. Lake very low and not cleared well.

Mixed feelings

The home is in a nice, newer neighborhood with walking trails and nearby water views. That said, we were disappointed by the inside of the home. The walls were dirty in some places as well as splotchy from drywall or paint coverups in others. Some furniture was either damaged or dirty. Bed linens and towels were clean but no extra linens, towels or blankets could be located. Very few dishes and utensils were in drawers or cupboards so we were glad we had not planned to cook or eat a meal in the home.

Great family vacation spot

I cannot say enough about this home having the perfect location! It is at the end of a quiet subdivision, you can walk to the clubhouse and pool. The pool was huge and only a couple of people were there each time we went, surrounding the pool was an ample amount of seating with tables. We did not use the gym but it looked pretty amazing! The home itself was very clean, and had all the basic necessities. The owner reached out to us to make sure we got all settled in and asked that we let him know if we needed anything during our stay, which is always a nice gesture! The layout of the house is perfect for a family, the very large master bedroom is downstairs tucked away off the living room, while the smaller kids rooms are upstairs with a large bathroom. The living room, kitchen, dining room is all open concept, which made spending time together very nice. We would definitely choose this property again and recommend to others as well.

Great Location

The house is in a great location, very quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is new and nice. Access to the gym and pool at the clubhouse are a great perk! The kitchen has your very basic needs, just enough to get by. There were only 4 coffee mugs, 1 plastic cup and 1 glass. They could use a few more drinking glasses/cups. No bar stools, so seating only for 4 at the table. No extra towels, just enough for each person we had (4). Could use a few new pillows. The beds only had the pillows that were in pillow shams and they were not in pillowcases and most were very flat pillows. Landscaping needs some work, but that doesn't affect the stay, just something we noted. Beyond needing a few more glasses and new pillows the place was great and would rent again.

Lacking basic amenities

The entire large lift was empty without a stick of furniture. 1 medium size tv in the entire 3 br house. Need about 4 more. Tv streaming service sucks. Pot pans glasses utensils all lacking. Had difficulty cooking because of lack of cookware. Leave some basics like trash bags. Provide a list of basic needs to bring with if not going to provide. Ice maker not hooked up. This house is close to being a great place to stay just needs more.

Hello Eric, During your stay, I reached out to you 3 times to check on your stay but you never responded to the messages. If you asked, I would have instructed you where the kitchen utensils in the drawers and extra trash bag and towels were stored in the storage room. Not sure what furnitures you expect as all the rooms and living room has furniture. A 65in TV is not a medium TV. Finally, I believe you looked at the pics before you booked so I’m not sure why you are frustrated.

Nice house….

The house is really nice & spacious. The area seems quiet & the location is convenient. When we got there the heater was off so the place was freezing. It took a while for the entire place to heat up. Housekeeping seemed surface level. There was food left in the freezer & we found little things here & there around the house which should have been caught by housekeeping. The bed in the master bedroom was quite noisy. The bed & mattress should be changed out. I brought the mattress issue to the host’s attention & he stated it would be replaced. There wasn’t any extra toilet paper or paper towels, and towels were limited as well so be prepared to bring your own. Also there is only one television. Very unusual for such a huge place. Overall the stay was nice even though we were barely there. If you plan to spend a lot of time during your stay definitely visit the nearest Walmart for basic items and maybe purchase some family games since there is only the one television.

Hi Nat, You were visiting around Christmas period when the temperature was below freezing in Dallas. Unfortunately the cleaners forgot to turn on the heater downstairs. I ended up addressing the issue with the bed you reported. We do have extra towel and toilet paper upstairs in the other closet. You didn’t ask for it. I usually check on my guest to see if they needed something but the mattress was the only issue you reported. Thanks

Super clean, very comfortable

The house is in a nice neighborhood and easy to access. Everything was super clean and there's a lot of space to move, store luggage, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very nice to chat with by email. I would highly recommend this house and definitely try to stay there again the next time we are in town.

Excellent Stay

The property was exactly as advertised. The drive back to the property is decently lengthy but the area is very quiet and faces Lake Lewisville (Not visible right now due to full trees). The property was very clean and met or exceeded all expectations. The owner responded to all correspondence very quickly. I would definitely consider booking this property again. I can also provide it as a strong recommendation for anyone that needs a place to stay in the North DFW area.
