The third bedroom can double up as a study for work-from-home travelers.All bed rooms have walking closets. The fenced lush green backyard offers complete privacy and natural beauty. UNF Orientation Stay

Two moms with their two daughters from Chicago for Freshman Orientation. The home was clean and very comfortable. Great little back yard for morning coffee. Only 15 minutes from campus. Would stay again!

Amazing first of a kind vrbo experience

Fantastic property. Comfy bed. Soo clean and welcoming. Felt like we were home but for that it was far more clean than home. The backyard patio was so peaceful with the garden and nature blending into one. It was so easy getting there, being close to the highway. And all the major shops were closeby. The host was so proactive and helpful. I am gonna come next time with my family. Wish vrbo would bring in more of these kind of properties.

best stay I’ve ever had in any rental property

This was hands down the best stay I’ve ever had in any rental property. The house far exceeded our expectations and is truly worth more than we paid. It was exceptionally clean, with a fully stocked kitchen, high-quality furniture, and thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The beds were beautifully made with quality linens, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I especially loved the beautiful backyard—perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and conveniently located for exploring Jacksonville. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and check-in/check-out was completely hassle-free. I’d highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area—and I’d absolutely love to stay here again!

Great Home in quiet neighborhood

This home suited our needs very well. It was just my adult daughter and me, so of course had plenty of room. We didn't do any cooking, so can't comment on how well the kitchen was supplied. We did have 2 wine glasses, and that's all we needed! The home was clean, but could use some updating. The window screens were dirty and torn up and the backyard could use some work, but we didn't really have much time to spend there anyway. All in all a nice home. The one complaint I would have would be the check in process. We were supposed to be able to check in at 3:00 PM, but due to our flight schedule, we weren't able to arrive until close to 4:30 PM. Upon arrival, the owner of the house was still there cleaning and asked us if we could wait for 5 more minutes while she finished up. Just seems like since she knew for 3 months that we were coming, it should have been cleaned well in advance of our arrival. Not a big deal, but just kinda rubbed me the wrong way and no offer of any kind of a discount or refund made it worse. Thanks for a nice quiet stay, though!

We had to travel to St Johns because of 2 deaths in the family. Our host took us in at short notice and we were so happy with our choice of homes to stay in. Each evening we would return to the house to relax and unwind from a stressful day. This house was perfect for that. We would book again.

Peaceful and safe

The house was super clean. The host responded quickly to all communications. Love the private back yard. Had a good time identifying the many types of flowers and vegetation. Very nice neighborhood. We felt safe there. Would definitely stay again.

All About My Service Dog

There were no surprises. The yard was fenced in and large for my service dog. She was used to a dog door but she adapted quickly. Difficultly wifh tv operation. That issue did not hurt our visit. We will book again with this host and Vrbo.

Lovely Home!

Beautiful, large home in an excellent neighborhood. Owner was excellent communicator, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The only difference from listing that we noticed was that there was actually one queen bed and one full bed instead of two queen beds, and we didn't see a futon or anything that made into a bed in the living room. We didn't need the extra bed anyway, so it wasn't a problem for us. Fantastic home, though. It was the best vacation home we've ever rented.

Easy access to 95

Great house in a quiet residential area. It's easy to find and I95 access is just a few miles away. It's big and comfortable with cold AC and a fenced yard with private patio. I would stay here again.

Best rental house!

This is my first VRBO rental. The owner was constantly in communication with us. Just message her and she replies so quickly. She is very in tune to your needs. The house was over the top as far as clean. Beds, in all of the bedrooms, were very comfortable. Would have loved a King Size bed in the Master bedroom, but that was certainly not a deal breaker. The neighborhood is upscale. Absolutely close and convenient to ANYTHING! The fenced in yard is perfect for dogs! The patio is awesome/private to enjoy your morning coffee on, or your nightcap. I will be looking to book this house again in the future. I can’t say enough about my experience with this rental.
