We only stayed for one night, but wish we could have stayed longer! The balcony directly over the beach was so relaxing and lovely. We had a great time at the beach and wish it was warm enough to use the lovely pool. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. My very tall husband loved the shower! We will definitely stay again when we visit Panama City Beach in the future. Highly recommend - it was a great experience.

The property was exactly as described. We never needed to contact the host for anything. We were comfy and needed nothing. The balcony was a huge plus since not all of the units have one. We highly recommend renting this property.

Beautiful

This was our first trip together without kids (which are all grown enough now to be independent) and this room was absolutely perfect for that! Gorgeous view almost touching the water. Close to everything we needed:) The room was clean and comfortable. We have zero complaints and hope to stay here again in the future 
between family vacations of course;)

Right on the Beach!

The listing of the property said as close as you could get to the beach. They were correct! It was awesome sitting on the balcony and watching the Gulf. The outside of the property was older but the unit was clean and updated. We ended up leaving a day early because the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and they did not have black out curtains on the windows. My back couldn't my handle the bed and with light coming in we checked out early.

We absolutely LOVED staying here. It was the most perfect location and we loved the fact that you could walk to most locations easily!

Best view ever

Unit was right on the water , best view ever. Right downstairs was the white sandy beaches as well as a big pool. We ate breakfast on the deck every morning and lunch as well. We were right on the strip in walking distance to restaurants and night life. The unit is small but perfect for 2 people. Everything was updated. Needed some pot holders so I bought some and left them there for next time. Bring extra wash cloths as they only provide 2 but give you 4 towels. Laundry on same floor 2.50 to wash and 2.00 to dry. Overall great vacation will definitely be back. Best one yet!Stayed from May 26th to June 1st weather was perfect.

A beautiful view!

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was clean, had an incredible view, and was convenient to stores and restaurants! I would highly recommend staying here to any couple! Truly, you can't get any closer to the beach!!!!!

The Real Deal

This condo is the real deal. No false advertising here: granite countertops, soft close cabinets and drawers, all kitchen appliances and utensils, (we joked about, no chip clip for our open snakes or a pair of scissors to cut a loose thread on new swimwear), HOT WATER in the walk-in shower and QUIET climate control wall unit. Would rent again, just not during spring break.

We loved this studio room. Updated and kitchen is well stocked. We went shopping for beach towels, rugs kitchen towels and washcloths. (There are 4 bath towels and 2 wash cloths provided. The kitchen has one dish towel and drying towel.I would suggest room darkening shades as the blinds still let a lot of light in.we had a stormy day and stayed inside but then internet kept dropping. It is an old building, but nothing compares to the location of the motel. You walk down the stairs and your toes are in the sand. We had a great time here!

Sound of the Waves

Best sleep ever. The sound of the waves was like a symphonic lullaby! The white sand beach is literally one floor down. King bed was super comfortable.The bathroom was equipped with a beautiful tiled and glass shower. The kitchen was fully equipped. The only negative was the cheap plastic glasses.We look forward to visiting again.

I "would" tell you how awful this place is just to keep you away so there will be availability for me, but I CAN'T! This place is FABULOUS!! Highly recommend.
