Perfect location! 1 block to beach & 2 blocks to shops/restaurants. Very clean & loved that they provided beach chairs & umbrella! New furniture was nice. Just needs a couple more bed pillows pool was also really nice & clean

Wonderful!

We loved our stay and especially the very short walk to the beach, we watched the sunset every night. Loved having the beach chairs and towels available. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. The restaurants and shopping on 3rd were so close and walkable too! We had a great time, thank you!!

Old Naples

I loved every minute of this trip from the walks to and from Naples Pier, to shops restaurants and time with my local family. This is a special gem, lovely, clean, quiet and oh the pool was great also.

Ideally located

The next time we come down we will not rent a car. This location is perfect and within walking distance of the beach, shopping, great restaurants. And we met lots of new friends!

The location is amazing. The condo was clean & beautifully decorated. You are close to all of the restaurants and shops. We loved it! Bringing my mother back for Mothers Day!

A beautiful studio in a perfect spot. The decoration of the apartment is very nice, and it’s a very well stocked unit. We had a very pleasant time here and we hope to come back soon. The neighborhood is soooo nice and peaceful! I totally recommend this unit. The beach umbrella and chairs are a great addition.

Perfect gateway!!!

The condo is small but perfect for up to 4 people, very well equipped, comfortable, perfectly located, few steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Supermarket 10 min driving. The management people very nice and easily reachable. We love all about it!!! We’ll be back soon for sure!

Amazing location!

This could not be in a better location! 10/10! Will definitely be back in the future. Perfect studio steps away from Naples pier. No worries about the parking hassle. Very conveniently located to such a beautiful beach! Glad we rented a car for some of the further locations we wanted to visit but if we hadn’t it also would have been easy to get what we needed. Thank you so much Tony!

Slightly Disappointed

This was a great location but I found the property to be a bit run down and in need of updating. One window has flimsy locks and the other window (overlooking an alley and a public parking lot) didn’t lock at all. For my next trip I’ll probably stay elsewhere.

Location, location, location

Literally steps from the closest parking lot that services Naples Pier. Incredibly convenient to the beach and the Old Town (less than 5-minute walk to coffee shop and bakery to start the day). While the Condo building itself is dated, it is well-maintained, and the unit itself was nicely updated and very efficient as the pictures depict; the fold-out sofa was easy to use and very comfortable (overall, adequate space for the 3 of us). Coin laundry upstairs and a beach equipment locker (our beach chairs and the small umbrella had certainly seen better days - would recommend replacement). We would definitely book this unit again without any hesitation -- a "little" jewel surrounded by multi-million home jewels. Thanks very much for a great visit!

Fantastic Location

This location is absolutely ideal for a Naples stay: one block to the beach, two blocks from the Naples pier, two blocks from the 3rd Street district where there are many wonderful restaurants, shops, and night life. The building is right out of the 1970s and looks way out of place among multi-million dollar homes across the street from it, but it is well maintained and kept very nicely. The pool is large and heated. The unit is upgraded and modern with nice amenities, comfortable bed, and modern furniture. Although it's a downstairs unit, we never heard anything from anyone upstairs or next to it. We never heard any loud noises from any of the tenants. We initially had a problem with no TV reception, but Tony took my call and immediately got to work on the problem--on New Years Eve. When the cable company couldn't come out right away, he came to the unit and was able to fix the problem. Now that is great customer service. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay; we'll definitely look at renting this unit again if we ever return to Naples.
