Feb 2024 Trip to Breckenridge

Our favorite parts about this house were the location and hot tub. With the free shuttle to town/the mountain, a 15 min walk to town, and a 5 minute walk to a grocery store it was very easy to get around! The house can sleep 8, but 2 of the bunk beds are essentially in the hallways upstairs so there is no privacy. The house was very clean and the property managers were response when we had questions. The kitchen/living room is spacious and easy for a big group. I would highly recommend this rental!

Ski Trip in Breck

We arrived about 20 minutes early to check-in and the place was yet to be cleaned. Upon calling to get the situation resolved, house keeping showed up promptly to clean the unit in an expeditious manor. The unit is very conveniently located to everything in Breck, which was a huge plus. The unit however had cobwebs in almost corner and almost no dishwasher detergent. All in all, I feel the location is great, but the service/amenities could have been better.

Nice town home, would stay again

Exceeded our expectations. Clean and everything worked at the property. Unit is well decorated with mountain decor and the Xmas tree and gas fire place were a plus! Plenty of room for three adults. There's two sets of bunk beds and a king and queen I believe. 2.5 baths. Short drive into Breck Main St. and a grocery store and ski shop is 2 min away. It was generally very quiet but neighbors also have a hot tub and can be using there's next door at night. Not a big deal. There's a new condo complex under construction behind the unit but nearly complete. The views are marginal but that wasn't important to us as you can walk or drive a short distance and have views. Easy to get in/out of parking lot. Would recommend this unit to familly and friends.

Wanted to love it

The good: great location and amenities, comfy beds, loved the hot tub. The bad: no coffee or filters, not enough towels, heavy smell of cleaning products (pine sol) was unbearable. The ugly: we couldn't check in until 3 hours after we were told the unit was ready. When we showed up, the cleaning people were still inside. We waited over an hour for them to finish. I contacted the host via the VRBO app as well as email, and never heard back. My issue was never dealt with. I suggest that you tread lightly when booking this property, as the host does not respond to issues. They will continue to send you automated emails (like asking you to pay for a late check-out!!) without responding to your issues.

Fabulous place!!

This was the perfect place for our short ski trip. It was roomy for 6 of us. The hot tub was the best after full ski days. The shuttle bus comes right by the place. We ended up parking in lots close to the lifts for $12-20 per day. Very easy drive in to town. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property, great location

Just what our family needed for a quick summer vacation. It is at walking distance from main street, the gondola station and the grocery store. Also, it is right next to the rec center and with access to the bike way to Frisco. We'll likely repeat it in winter. Cheers Oswaldo
