3,000SF home located on 6 very private acres with lovely westerly views and a new hot tub in the private back yard. Professional grade kitchen with copper bar inspires great conversations during meal preparation. There are several firepits and the outdoor cooking enthusiast can choose to cook on a Napoleon grill thatâs hard plumbed to the house gas line with an automatic shutoff or cook with fire on the patio among the stone walls. Indoor amenities include a high end ping pong table and a fully equipped exercise room including a Peloton bike and more. Our home is 10 miles to Killington and 5 miles to Rutland for dining and shopping opportunities. We are 45 minutes from Woodstock and 45 minutes to Ludlow/Okemo.

Hi and thank you for considering our luxury home for your seasonal rental. We are a husband and wife team in our early 50's who take a lot of pride in our home. Mike and Amanda were both raised in Vermont and have made travel a priority all our lives. We are small business owners who are fortunate to be able to travel in the winter. When we're not working you'll find us enjoying the great outdoors of Vermont any way we can. We enjoy mountain biking, horseback riding, paddling, hiking and many other outdoor activities, all of which are located close to our home.

We are looking for someone who wants to have a property to call their own for the winter season. Are you are a skier or avid snowmobiler or have a child in the Killington Mountain School system? We are 20 minutes away from the Killington ski area and all the dining and nightlife of the mountain. Cross country skiing is available directly from the property and we are minutes away from the VAST trail. Snowshoes are available to enjoy the area. The Chittenden Reservoir and the Mountain Top Inn are 5 minutes away with highly rated recreational activities, renown dining and a top of the line spa.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Our home is secluded but close to it all. It is a modern home with solar power, Tesla Powerwalls, heat pumps for heating and cooling and radiant heated floors. We have a two car attached garage and a nice level driveway and parking area. The property has lovely westerly views in the winter. We have a new high end hot tub (salt sanitized) close to the house on a lovely stone patio surrounded by stone walls. The basement has an open floor plan with a new high end table tennis table. The exercise room on the main level of the home has a Peloton bike, two treadmills, an elliptical machine, a rowing machine, free weights, and yoga mats and balls/blocks. The home is attractively and comfortably furnished.
