Classic Southern California 1939 beach bungalo offering comfort and access to all the best coastal Oceanside and Soutern California attractions. Oceanside has great weather, amazing eateries, and is very walkable. Soak in some sun at the beach, see the west coast`s longest wooden peir, or the sea lions at the Oceanside Harbor, or relax at home with the barbeque, a cold drink and the ocean breeze. This home offers the perfect retreat for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Southern California.

O`Side is The O’riginal SoCal Beach Town. It’s where wide sandy beaches and historical landmarks come with a side of street art and world-class culinary talent. Walk or Cruise less than 1 mile down Mission Avenue or Civic Center Drive to Downtown Oceanside and the Beach. Easy walking and freeway access to all of Southern California`s greatest attractions.

Oceanside Transportation Center (train, bus, light rail) within one mile, or by car. Coaster and Amtrak (rail service) to all the west coast attractions.
Guest required to sign Rental Agreement and provide a valid ID and CC.

Short Term Rental Good Neighbor Policy

STR Guest Responsibilities
1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking
spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available.
No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent
properties.
2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two
people per unit (including children).
3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be
10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and
10pm.
4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the
Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am.

Was an awesome place for me and my family to stay. Was super accommodating has everything that we need there. Rooms are very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. This is our second time here and did not disappoint yet again.

Comfortable & Convenient Bungalow

The place was perfectly located near beach and restaurants and short distance to Legoland and other destinations like Carlsbad and San Diego Zoo. The place had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy coffee or drinks on outside patio. Great place to stay for a family vacation.

Private Beach Getaway

The house is exactly like the pictures and has a full set of kitchen appliances and gadgets. It is very pet friendly, including a doggie-door in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little cottage

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house is very comofortable and private but with lots of usable outdoor space. It has easy access to the 5 for getting around San Diego and is a 15 minute walk down to Oceanside beach. Thank gor your hospitality!

Great place

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Grear location for north county baseball fields. Good local food and coffee spots. Beds were clean and comfortable. Lots of added amenities including everything you need for a beach day. Would definitely stay again

Very nice condo, wonderful hosts. Could not ask for a better experience. Really enjoyed the private parking at the back of the condo. Will stay here again next time visiting my son stationed at Camp Pendleton.

Short Getaway

Perfect place to relaxandha e amazing Family time & furnished with everything you might need!

Easy check in & out. Beautiful place, it felt like home. We had a blast with the games and fire pit with our Marine. We will definitely be back for sure. Very private and a perfect location to base, beach & food. The beds are very cozy and the shower was amazing. We can't say enough how we love this place. You willnot be disappointed.

Great backyard for dogs! Cute cabin

We traveled with our two dogs. Hard to find a great place for them like this. Really appreciated the beautiful back, front and side yards. Even had a doggie door. Could park in the enclosed yard. Cozy

Furniture and beds were comfy. The house offered everything we possibly could’ve needed for our stay including some toys for our three-year-old. Relatively quiet if you’re inside, but close to the freeway so there is noise. We didn’t walk to anything in the neighborhood, but drove a couple miles toward the ocean where there were many wonderful coffee shops, icee cream, restaurants and things to see and do. Overall, a nice home to spend the night.

Beautifully Accommodated Home

This was a cozy beautiful accommodating home. It had everything me and family needed. It was closed to the beach and to everything. The property manager Paul was easy to communicate. He responded right away to my messages. I will highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay with dogs in the Carlsbad area. The fully fenced backyard was a game changer for my dogs. Karina

Wonderful Family Oasis

We stayed here for a girls trip and honestly, it was amazing. Paul was responsive to a couple of requests that we reached out about, and the home was set up so thoughtfully! From the s'more kit in the kitchen to the relaxing hammock in the backyard, we just really didn't want to leave! The proximity to the beach and downtown area was super close, not walkable, but a short 5-minute or less drive to the happening scene was super convenient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Super Hidden Gem

My family and I stayed here so I could attend my GIA lab in Carlsbad. At first we were a little nervous driving up to the address. But once we were inside of the gated property we were happy. The property is clean and well kept. The inside was everything we needed. Would stay again! Definitely!
