My place is across the street from one of Newport's best surfing beaches and close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of beach, neighborhood, and relaxing, carefree lifestyle. My place is great for families, kids, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and anyone who wants to live the beach life.

Note: The House is a Duplex where the upper unit is the one pictured and for rent.

Must stay! Property is a short walk to the beach which has a paved walk path to the water! Property was clean and organized, air conditioning is a plus not all rentals had it when I was looking and the kitchen was very well stocked with any utensils you may need. Host was very accommodating and easy to work with we had 1 small issue with some outlets not working and the Leo had a handyman out within a couple hours and had it fixed! Garage parking was a nice perk, we had a minivan as well as the people renting the downstairs unit and they both fit no problem. 10/10 we would definitely stay here again!

Fun spot that's very close to walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Host was very responsive on all fronts, including helping us fix garage door. A+!

House was clean, spacious and conveniently located to the beach. Bedrooms were comfortable, laundry on site was a plus as well as the garage parking. Leo was super responsive and a very informative host upon check in. Great communication during our three day stay. The road can be a bit noisy at night but overall a great stay in Newport Beach! Thanks

The host is excellent. He communicates very well and addressed our concerns. The property is in a great location for a beach getaway. The beds are very comfortable. The downsides are that it was not cleaned very well. Walking across the floor barefoot left feet pretty dirty, hair in the bathtub and on a pillow case. There were footprints on one of the bed covers (obviously wearing shoes). The master bath shower is tiny. Looks like it's from the '60s. There is mold around the door frame of the shower. The furniture is ok but worn out. The place needs painting. Is it comfortable and livable with a great location? Absolutely. Is the host very nice, helpful and professional? Absolutely (and we appreciated that). But they need a different cleaning crew and it needs updating.

Great for a family getaway

Easy check in process. Leo, the host, was very responsive when the air conditioner decided not to blow cold air. Had a technician out first thing the next morning. Nice big bedrooms with ceiling fans. Walk in closet in the master bedroom. All you need to bring is your beach gear, extra beach towels, kitchen towels, laundry detergent and condiments. Close walk to the beach makes this a really convenient rental!

Great Location!

My extended family used this unit and the lower unit for a family reunion. Between the two units, we had the 12 of us covered. The location to the ocean and playground for our little one couldn't be better. The upstairs unit had enough space so we could all gather together in the open living room/dining room area. Leo, the owner, was easy to communicate with before our stay. Having the garage made it easy to park and store our bikes. The beach across from Pacific Coast Highway had a life guard and was very clean. There were also some restaurants nearby and we weren't far from the more populated stretch of Newport Beach and Balboa Island.

The location of this unit was perfect to walk to the beach. It is close to Huntington Beach and Newport activities. The fireplace was a perfect way to end the evenings. Everything was good. I would recommend this place.
