Take a stroll through the lush and picturesque Seville Square, where you can relax under the shade of the giant live oaks or catch a cool breeze off Pensacola Bay. The square is a hub for some of the city's biggest festivals, including the Pensacola JazzFest, Pensacola Seafood Festival, and Great Gulfcoast Arts Festival.

The Cottage, patio, and garden are yours exclusively - no shared spaces. Experience the best of downtown living with Church Street Cottage, located within easy walking distance of all the best restaurants, shops, museums, art galleries, and churches—plus quick and convenient access to the beach. Choose a book from the bin and grab a spot on the shady front porch of this historic 1880s Cottage between Seville Square and Old Christ Church. Later wander through the Historic Village across the street or take some time for yourself at the nearby Y for a yoga class, morning swim or visit the fitness center (Anytime Fitness included in stay). Then, head out for fresh oysters and dinner, followed by drinks at a bar on Downtown Pensacola's humming Palafox Street.

Get ready to sink into luxurious comfort with our low-profile sofas! Perfect for lounging in style, it is designed with first-quality materials and craftsmanship in mind. (If you have mobility issues or struggle with getting up from lower-height furniture, this sofa may not be the best fit for you.) A private bedroom separate from the living spaces makes the house a great place to entertain company.

Surrounding the front of the Cottage are Seville Orange Trees, known for their sour taste (excellent with beverages) and gnarly crepe myrtles that look like they have been there ages ago.

The Cottage on Church Street has plenty of outdoor space. The gardens, courtyard and dining areas are in the back, perfect for a private shady retreat. Camera Security: At the front and back of the cottage, you will find state-of-the-art Ring cameras to provide added security and peace of mind for our guests. These cameras are designed to monitor the property and ensure your stay is safe and secure.

As your health and well-being are important, you will have immediate access to purified H2O—no need for bottled water. Under the kitchen sink is a Reverse Osmosis System (ROS, a water purification process) dispensed by a separate faucet beside the kitchen sink.

CLEANLINESS- We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail — so you can trust we will fulfill the highest level of cleanliness. And, with well over 100 guest stays, our vacation cottages have an average cleaning review score of 5 stars.

For those physical folks, enjoy your visit and stay fit with FREE access to the local gym, Anytime Fitness, for up to 4 guests (access fobs are onsite and permit two guests each). It is a 24-hr gym, located 3 minutes by foot, complete with cardio equipment, free weights, and weight machines.

Starter provisions (generally enough for three days) include Keurig coffee pods, teas, condiments, treats, and cleaning products (in addition to detergent pods for the washer and dishwasher). Longer stay visitors, please make yourselves at home, and you will most likely need to purchase additional provisions.

Pull-out Sofa sheet-set and comforter are available upon request and automatically provided for those bookings with 3 or 4 registered overnight guests. These are in the chest of drawers and the closet of the primary bedroom.

As the Seville Square Neighborhood is very walkable, transportation is generally by foot. There is ample parking for automobiles the majority of the time. During significant events and festivities, parking can be a challenge.
Rentals, such as bikes (e-bikes & e-scooters), and Segways are available.
There is public transportation with buses, though not a user-friendly experience.
