Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Fantastic Property

Great property which is centrally located about a block off the beach. The unit has all the amenities you need. Overall the property was exceptionally clean, plenty of parking, and the management staff was SO NICE and responsive. Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay again.

Relaxing!!!

This place was off the beaten path, away from all the busy hub-bub of PCB but yet close enough to everything that it only took minutes to get wherever you needed to go...very homey feeling, relaxed, and actually pretty quite. Will stay here again for sure. Very quaint. Loved it.

Fabulous Stay!

This property is awesome! It was very clean, new flooring and smelled new. Very nicely decorated. Super close to the beach. It's in a quiet little community with a nice pool that is not crowded. Property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute lil hideaway in PCB

We took a last minute family girls trip to PCB and this was the perfect find! The condo as a whole gets a 10/10. Very very cute and clean. Beds were comfy and it was just a short walk to the beach too! We cooked every night but one and the only thing we missed in the kitchen was a garlic press but was otherwise fully stocked with everything you need. A tab bit more information communicated as far as checking in and out would have been very helpful (where to find the condo, what to look out for, do’s and don’ts, when and what to do at checkout) but other than that had very friendly and helpful communication. Overall we had an absolute blast and would love to stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with our little family!

PCB

Nice 2nd floor condo. Had a few issues with the washer (detergent was not taken in during cycle) and dryer (loud noise), which I did contact the maintenance crew and told them no rush to fix. Never heard anything back from them. Floors appeared clean but the bottom of our socks and feet were very filthy by the end of the evening. Otherwise we had a nice trip and enjoyed the condo.
