Regarding the termite issue, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We take pest concerns seriously, and so sorry the pest control company could not immediately get into the condo. Rest assured, we are investigating the matter and taking the necessary steps to resolve it promptly. We also apologize for the disturbance caused by the roosters and the lack of sound insulation in the bedroom. Your feedback will help us evaluate potential improvements in this aspect of the condo to enhance the comfort of our guests. The construction in the parking lot is another matter we deeply regret. We understand the frustration it caused. Sadly, we were notified of the project after it had already started. Although the notice was sent out after you arrived, we still felt it was important to share the information as soon as we had it. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
