Summary:
WOW! Getaway at this one of a kind lakehouse. Just a few rows down from the lake and right next to the public boatramp. Not only is the home nearby all the fun on the lake but you’ll be nearby everything the city of Lago has to offer. The home itself is designed with a fun & high end finish. You won’t see a home like this anywhere else. The kitchen and living space is open and communal. The game room is a fabulous way to enjoy your stay and the outside area and pool is the real star of the home.

The Space:
. The exterior of the home is on a large, private lot with an incredible backyard space, only a few rows from the water
. Lake access is at Arkansas Bend Park and a fee may apply if you choose to drop a boat in the water
. The common areas, living/dining, are extremely open and communal with plenty of seating
. The kitchen and bathrooms are well updated and fully equipped with every luxury you need
. Each bedroom is resort style and extremely comfortable with plenty of storage and soft linens
. Awesome pool with an incredible outdoor area!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home. We are close by if you need anything at all.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is mostly secluded and right next to the water. There are neighbors but there is space between homes.

Getting Around:
It's easy to travel around town, whether you're on foot, by bike or car.

Other Things to Note:
Please recognize that we do have quiet hours after 10 PM. If noise goes above a certain level we will get a fine by the city which is charged back to our guests if this occurs. This does not mean you can’t get be enjoying yourself after these hours but no loud music or excessive noise is permitted.
