Pet Policy:
We welcome house-trained dogs with prior approval.
• Pet fee: $100 per 10 nights or $250/month
• Restrictions: No puppies or cats allowed
• Dogs must be crated when left unattended
• Dogs may not be left in the backyard unsupervised
• $50 pet waste fee applies if waste is not cleaned up
• Pets must be pre-approved or a fine equal to double the pet fee per night will apply
Please note: This home allows dogs and is professionally cleaned between stays with air filters changed regularly. Guests with severe allergies should assess suitability before booking.

Property Notes:
• No access to the balcony or garage
• Backyard is accessed by going out the front door and around the side of the home

Security Devices:
• Exterior motion-activated security cameras (video & audio recording)
• Interior decibel monitoring device (does not record conversations; measures noise levels only to prevent unauthorized gatherings)

Long-Term Stays (90+ Days):
