Enjoy watching the lazy turtles swimming by from the balcony or go downstairs and enjoy the large swimmable sandy beach right in front of the property. The new remodel will make you feel like you are in your luxury vacation home that you'll want to visit over and over again. This unit features a central AC, cal0king bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and TV's in both the bedroom and living room. Sugar Beach Resort is one of the finest on Maui and includes a heated Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, putting green, onsite property manager, onsite restaurant/bar, and activities desk. Barbecues are located right next to the beach and are also on site. Want a quick night cocktail or dinner? The on-site boutique restaurant is a great place to relax after a day soaking up rays. The on-site activity desk is ready to schedule your activities or rent you snorkeling gear, stand up paddle boards, any other water gear you want. Luau's are recommended to be booked prior to travel.

Nearby the Maui Ocean center and all that Maalaea has to offer is just a 4 mile drive. This Kihei location is also close to all Kihei, Wailea and Makena have to offer. One of the few beachfront condos in South Maui. Less than 20 minutes to the airport.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.
