Mountain Momma Hideaway

Secluded Cabin with Hot Tube Within Driving Distance To Multiple WV Tourist Spots

Mountain Momma Hideaway is your cabin for all occasions when visiting Wild, Wonderful West Virginia! Located in a central area to all things exploring and adventuring, the cabin accommodates up to 5 people on beds, more with air mattresses & and sits on 3 private acres.

The cabin includes the following: keyless entry, a 12ft x 20 ft back patio that is literally in the woods, complete with patio furniture and with a hot tub with jacuzzi jets. A fire pit, large front porch with porch swing and Adirondack chairs, a large driveway, and everything you'd need to feel right at home. Luxury, eco-friendly sheets and linens, fully-equipped kitchen with the Keurig and coffee pods, board games, a desk, dressers, all shower needs (by request) and even some fun extras can be found at the cabin. There is Wifi for you to stream your favorite streaming apps or music. Most cell phone providers have service here.

There is a king bed in the loft, a queen bed in one of the main level bedrooms and a twin in the other. There is a queen-sized air mattress if you need it. Just tell us to leave the sheets out!

We had an excellent stay. While at the cabin, we spent the majority of time outside. We enjoyed the fire pit, the hot tub, and the swing on the front porch. A few comments for improvement would be the front door not locking, no check-in or check-out instructions, and the cabin is in dire need of a dusting. Additionally, a grill would be a great asset. Aside from that, we enjoyed our time and would stay again. Thanks!

The cabin was nestled in the trees making for a secluded private feeling. The kitchen was great with the essentials. The hot tub was a bonus after spending a day hiking. Local attractions for us was Smokehole, hiking the North Fork Mountain Trail and hiking Seneca Rocks. Beautiful area to explore!

Rustic getaway

The cabin was just what we were looking for. The hot tub was great and the location is close to hiking, climbing and lots of places to fish. There is no TV, and the wifi was hit or miss, but we were looking for a weekend away to unplug so this didn't bother us at all.

Christmas stay

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mountain Momma Hideaway. All the amenities are as described and the pellet stove kept the place so warm and cozy. The kitchen was very well stocked for our holiday meal cooking. The hot tub was an excellent reward after an afternoon of hiking Cave Mountain- Redman Trail. Would stay again.

Nice cozy cabin

It was a nice quiet place to get away from it all. The whole area is beautiful. We hiked a Seneca Rocks. Went on a tour at Smoke Hole Caverns. It was a very nice vacation for our family.

Great for the whole family

We had a great time staying at the cabin! Everything was simple and the trip was really enjoyable. We brought our 2 dogs and 6 month old baby and felt very comfortable here. We can’t wait to come back and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the area as much as we do :)
