Chef's kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to create tasty meals during your visit, with all brand-new stainless Samsung appliances, and plenty of seating. The main living space floods with natural light and stunning water views through 9' hurricane-rated sliding glass doors. Extra sleeping is available on the pull-out Sleeper Sofa if needed. This smartly designed home boasts 1 owners suite with King bed with an ensuite full bath and large walk-in closet. Plus, a den with a Queen-sized murphy bed, 2 full baths with quartz vanities, plus custom closets, high-end lighting, designer ceiling fans, Luxury Custom Shutters cover the windows. Convenient in-unit laundry with full sized Samsung washer and dryer. Keyless entry lock also for your convenience during your stay. Beautiful condo with lots of space and amenities for my family (2 kids under 13, 2 adults). Very clean and welcoming. The balcony view was very relaxing and enjoyable for seeing evening sunset colors. Fitness center was never crowded and had a variety of new equipment. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and large pool with plenty of loungers for the adults. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for playing many of the board games provided. Overall our stay was exactly what we were looking for- close enough to access beaches and city life, but just outside the busy hustle and bustle. Highly recommend! Michelle was a great host and very easy to contact if we needed anything.

Really well appointed

Lovely apartment with everything you could need. Great area and felt safe at night. The pool was excellent for our kids. Parking easy under the apartment.

Beautiful view

Very clean. Nice location. A little small for 4 adults but great for a small family or couple. Check in process is a bit of a struggle but the owner was beyond kind and helpful.

Lovely, Modern New Condo

Awesome condo and amenities in a great location! The unit was very clean and well-stocked, and there were many thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome. Best of all, Michele was a wonderful host! She was super responsive and accommodating, and her communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Second bedroom wasn't really a bedroom.

The condo was lovely and well stocked. However, the 'second bedroom' wasn't really a second bedroom. Unfortunately, the room was not appropriate for my in laws who are 79 and 81 years old. I was really disappointed when I realized how uncomfortable that room was going to be for them. It wasn't easy for them to move around.

A very nice, quiet and secure place to vacation

The property is well kept and in a nice location. The only concern we had is the 2nd bedroom/den. When the Murphy Bed was pulled down it pretty well filled the room making it difficult for our 80+ year old guests to use the bed. We solved the problem by using the hide-a-bed couch in the livingroom.

Sarasota Paradise

The month we spent in Sarasota at this property met and exceeded our expectation. The location was perfect as we could enjoy a beverage on the deck watching the sunset over the bay or take a short walk to restaurants and entertainment in downtown Sarasota. We have stayed at many different properties in SW Florida in the past and feel this is our favorite. We are already planning to return next year. The property we stayed had the finish of a 5 star hotel. Every possible need was provided. While the condo was small it met all of needs. The owner went above and beyond to make in make this truly a luxury property. We are planning on returning to Sarasota again next winter.
