Lovely home in a great neighborhood!! Private entrance. Excellent location. Brand New 2,300 Sq. ft 3 bedroom basement apartment located on stunning property, walking distance to neighborhood private beach/children's playground. Equipped with multiple TV's, a ping pong table, bar cart and many games, this home was built to entertain. The apartment also has a gym and a dedicated work space to fulfill all your needs. 2 parking spaces included with beautiful fenced in backyard. You'll enjoy the outdoor screen in porch and deck. There is a small shopping center with a boutique, many restaurants and a grocery and liquor store 1-2 minutes from the house or drive 10-15 minutes to visit downtown Annapolis, The United States Naval Academy ,Sandy Point State Park, and about 35 miles to Washington D.C./ Baltimore. Perfect for a family getaway, teleworkers, or just a weekend getaway with plenty to do in the vicinity (great Uber/Lyft proximity for Annapolis nightlife).

Ewa’s basement apartment was in an absolutely beautiful location. Spacious is an understatement. The place was clean and welcoming and a great place to come back to each night while in town for a festival at Sandy Point State Park. For those looking to cook there is no stove and the fridge is small but if you are eating out and enjoying takeout or snacks this is not an issue at all. It wasn’t for us. Would love to return.

We had a safe relaxing comfortable and enjoyable stay. This listing is a beautiful home in an ideal location not far from Annapolis or Baltimore. We met Ewa and her mom briefly and enjoyed our talks with them.

The home was wonderful and just what we needed! Rooms stayed dark for sleep and beds were comfortable. It was nice to relax and watch TV together as a family, and play ping pong/ games as well! Great location!

Perfect Home Base

My partner and friends travelled to the area for a local festival and wanted a place to stay where we could all have our own rooms. This Vrbo was perfect for us! The place was super spacious, clean, and great for groups. It is very easy to find and check in is a breeze. There’s a darling breakfast spot just a couple minutes away and everything you could want is close by. We’re already talking about coming back again same time next year!

PPW Weekend

We were in town for Plebe Parent Weekend and this was a perfect place to stay. 15 min drive to The Yard and plenty of space to spread out and allow our Plebe to relax. Would stay here again!

Beautiful vacation rental 5 miles from Annapolis, MD

The area and property was impeccable. It is in a very safe and beautiful area. The basement apartment was extremely spacious and appeared to be recently renovated as it is in pristine condition. We had 5 people staying there in the 3 spacious bedrooms, and the common areas were perfect. It has a ping pong table that sealed the deal! I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The property manager Ewa is lovely.

Wonderful stay at Cape St. Claire

The basement apartment was quite spacious and lovely. There was more than enough space for my teen aged daughter and my Mom. It is very well lit, which is important because it is a basement apartment. We enjoyed the opportunity to play a few impromptu games of ping pong and to watch some movies on the large screen tv. We were in town for a graduation and did not have time to go to the beach but appreciated that the beach is apparently walking distance and the chairs and other beach accoutrements provided. There is no oven, so you cannot cook a large meal but with the refrigerator, toaster, and microwave we could make breakfast and snacks. At one point, we needed some additional toilet paper and Ewa made sure to deliver it to us right away. It was easy to access the apartment. It was clean and very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Thank you Ewa!

Very nice property in beautiful area. Three bedrooms suited our needs. Large and very clean. Good communication and well equipped for our needs while in the area. Really cute shopping plaza down the street with gas, food, restaurant, liquor store, etc.

Fun Summer Trip

The property is very pretty with a beautiful yard and very clean accommodations. I stayed with my college age boys. We enjoyed playing ping pong and bingo. We put together a puzzle and watched many movies at night. We visited the beach and we were very close to Annapolis, making it easy to run to the Academy. We all really enjoyed our stay.

I love traveling and exploring new places and love being able to share my beautiful neighborhood with others. We moved to this neighborhood of Cape St. Claire 32 years ago. We absolutely loved everything about leaving here. The community is safe, quiet and people are very friendly.
I think you will love the location of our home as it sits on a very quiet street and only one block from the community private sandy beach. We are also only 5 miles away from the United States Naval Academy and Downtown Annapolis!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our house has a very large .75 acre flat, beautifully landscaped front and back yard for sunny summer days. We also have beautiful neighborhood private beach, children's playground and a picnic area all within 0.3 miles and quick 5 minuets walk. Our neighborhood shopping center is just 3 minuets drive and has everything you will need (grocery, beer and wine store, pizza place, restaurants, coffee shop, breakfast, Rita's Italian Ice, pharmacy) and many more.
