Vous serez complètement chez vous dans ce quartier calme, proche de l'action de Baytowne, mais toujours juste en face de la magnifique plage privée de Sandestin. Entourez-vous de luxe avec des sols en carreaux de travertin, de hauts plafonds, des moulures couronnées et des comptoirs en granit.
Beaucoup d'espace pour toute votre famille avec 3 chambres, un canapé-lit et 3 salles de bains. Peut accueillir confortablement 8 (6 adultes max). Profitez d'une cuisine bien équipée en acier inoxydable et d'un coin repas séparé. Ensemble, la table à manger et le bar du petit-déjeuner peuvent accueillir 9 personnes. La chambre principale a un lit king-size confortable avec tous les nouveaux draps et salle de bain privée, avec double vasques, une grande baignoire et une grande douche séparée. Les deuxième et troisième chambres ont un lit queen et un lit complet avec de nouveaux draps.
Détendez-vous sur le porche arrière protégé qui soutient le parcours de golf primé de Baytowne. Le quartier Magnolia Bay Ln / Turnberry propose une piscine privée et une salle de bains à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée.
Le salon et chaque chambre sont équipés de leur propre TV HD. Pas besoin d'emporter trop de vêtements - vous aurez votre propre laveuse et sécheuse! Des serviettes et des draps neufs sont fournis. Si vous décidez de ne pas vous adonner aux incroyables restaurants de la région et que vous souhaitez passer une soirée relaxante, la cuisine est entièrement équipée. Comprend une cafetière, Keurig, un grille-pain, des casseroles et des poêles, des couverts et tous les plats dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour. Il y a aussi un lave-vaisselle, donc pas de vaisselle à laver à la main pendant vos vacances!
Pas besoin de conduire ou de trouver un endroit pour se garer - Juste une courte promenade ou une balade à vélo sur la route, vous trouverez le quai de Baytowne toujours excitant, rempli de boutiques, restaurants, musique, divertissement, et plus encore! Très amusant pour tous les âges! Un peu plus loin sur la route, vous trouverez le Grand Boulevard de Sandestin, avec plus de restaurants, magasins, boutiques et une épicerie. Il y a même un marché fermier du Grand Boulevard tous les samedis de 9h à 13h. Vous serez si près de tout!

Perfect Location!

We stayed here for the 4th. Easy walk to Baytowne. Short golf cart ride to the beach. Space was clean and had all the necessities. Large shower in the master bathroom was nice. Loved having a Garage for the golf cart. Would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay!

The property was so nice, clean and well kept. The location is perfect. It’s within walking distance of Baytowne wharf. The golf cart is a must while on San Destin resort. We really enjoyed the back porch opening up to the golf course. We spent a lot of time on the back porch having coffee or enjoying an afternoon snack after the beach or the pool. Communication with the owner was very good. She’s quick and responsive. Check in and check out was so easy.

We loved the location of this property! Great view, plenty of room, and enjoyed the golf cart. Our issue was the property was advertised with a picture of a screened-in porch. We wanted one because we had a 12 month old with us who is crawling and learning to walk. Wanted it for safety and no bugs. Well, the property has been changed, but the listing wasn’t. We couldn’t sit outside as a family because of this. The owner offered to make it up to us, I asked what she suggested, and she never offered anything. Also all the carpets and tile floors need a deep cleaning.

Best Place to Stay!

As we first entered the residence, my first impression was that the place was extremely clean. Everything was great from the kitchen to the comfort of the beds. Awesome location, close to everything and the beat part was the access to the 6 person golf cart. There wasnt a bad thing that i can say. Thank you so much

Perfect!!

The place was very spacious and very well decored. Golf cart was very useful to do anything and everything we wanted to do. Neighbors were really nice and showed us key places to go which was such a relief and saved us the headache and loss of time trying to figure things out. Our family wants to plan on making this our go to spot every summer for yrs to come. My daughter is only one but as yrs go by she will be able to fully take part In all the activities at the wharf and the beach. Your place will always be the first one I look to for summer vacation from now on. Thank you so much for the experience.

Awesome stay for our family of 5!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. More than enough room. We used the kitchen to make whatever meals we didn't want to eat out for and we had more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves! We loved the golf cart and it got us around the resort everywhere we needed - grocery store, pools, beach, Baytowne Wharf and many different dining options. We also enjoyed being close to the tennis and pickle ball center and utilized that during our stay. The neighborhood the property is located in was very nice and the neighbors we talked to were very friendly. If there was one thing about the listing that didn't hold true as advertised is there wasn't a hot tub nearby. The pool was very warm but it wasn't a hot tub like we were hoping! Thanks Michelle and if we ever visit the area again we will be back!

Beautiful property near the Wharf of Sandestin

This place is stunning, with a pool, wharf, and marina just a short walk away, and we made the most of it. Before we made our reservation, I went through the reviews and didn't anticipate finding beach toys or much to use upon our arrival. However, the property was well-stocked with chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of beach toys for the kids to enjoy. I highly recommend taking full advantage of the complimentary facilities! We went kayaking, and I'd have done it daily if the kids had enjoyed it as much as I did. We plan to use the free bikes next time. Our only complaint was about the cleanliness. The bedrooms were covered in dust around the vents, which turned out to be the AC filter the cleaning crew had overlooked (once we informed the owner, they fixed the issue). There was sand in the drawers, so I didn't unpack all our clothes, and the house just needed a thorough dusting, which was due to the AC filter not being changed. We encountered a few minor problems, like not being able to use the patio chairs and the daily annoyance of a painting crew, but the hosts did their best to make up for these inconveniences. The fireworks at the wharf were spectacular from the patio, and the patio itself was open, not enclosed as the listing suggested. I want to make it clear that these minor issues don't detract from the beauty of the place, which is within walking distance of what appears to be the best fishing spot in the resort.

A Perfect Beach Week

We found the location and the neighborhood of Magnolia Bay to be perfect for our trip. We had so much fun cruising in the golf cart to the pool or beach, dining in Baytown, and enjoying the fireworks from the screened in back porch. Michelle was so communicative leading up to our trip and quickly answered any questions we had.

Wonderful family vacation!

We appreciated the location of this beautiful home as well as the golf cart which made getting around Sandestin fun and easy. The house is comfortable, well stocked with necessities and the owner is friendly and easy contact. I researched a lot of different homes to consider for our summer getaway and I am so glad that we went with this one. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
