Beautiful bayside first level condo! Quick walk to the beach.

Relax bayside in this one bedroom but very spacious first level condo. Not only is there a pool located right on the bay but there is also a little beach area where you can fish, swim, or even watch a few horseshoe crabs come ashore. There is nothing more beautiful than sitting on the boat dock and just watching the sun set over the other side of the bay. This condo is also central to many attractions. Jolly Rogers, Coconuts Beach Bar, Shotti's Point, Higgins Crabhouse, and 45th street Taphouse are all in walking distance. If you are attending an event at the convention you are in luck, it is right next door as well.

We had a wonderful time in this Ocean City condo. The description was accurate, the place was clean and the communication with the host was great, always fast and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo, very welcoming! Owners paid attention to detail to make our stay extra nice. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is loaded and everything was clean! Would definitely recommend renting here!

This was very close to the convention center, and an easy 3 minute walk to the beach! Kitchen is well stocked to cook, comfortable!

Great location for our cheer competition!

We loved staying here! The place was equipped with everything we needed and more! Beds were super comfy, shower was amazing and the place was beautifully decorated. The welcome starter basket was perfect. Towels and sheets provided was so appreciated. Location is perfect and the complex was beautiful. Will definitely stay again!

Nice condo within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets from the dock. Condo is well equipped for making meals and rainy day activities. Perfect for couples or small families. Heather is very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Great stay

Heather made everything very easy and simple. Check in was great, the bay area in the back and location were amazing too. In just a few minutes you can be anywhere. Cant wait to book our next visit!

Adorable waterfront condo

Great spot, centrally located to everything you could want or need! Bus stops galore up and down main drag, but also tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Pool area small but great for adults. Clean and welcoming. Heather and Allen were great to work with!

OCMD Dance

We stayed here because of the proximity to the convention center. it was such a pleasure to go back to the condo to shower and rest. A quick walk across the street to the beach, and the pool was also great. It was so nice to swim and look out over the bay as well. We would rent this condo again! The owners were also wonderful and so easy to work with!

Great location!

Our stay at this condo was great. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and very welcomingThe instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. The condo's location was superb across from Coconut’s bar and grill where you can get served on the beach. We rebooked for 2025.

Cruise week getaway

Our family loves the location of the property. Close to everything. I enjoyed having a first floor condo following my husband’s hip surgery. Communication with Allen was excellent. We were able to get in early and had the option to take our time leaving which was super nice and much appreciated.

Great condo with easy access to beach

The condo was clean (except for all the sand in the couch. 😂) and updated. Heather and Allen were great hosts. There were a few small questions and they answered promptly. I would definitely stay here again. If you are new to renting from the condo- you will need to bring sheets, towels, tp, paper towels, etc. They send this information ahead of time and also verified the day before that we read this and understood it.

Immaculate bayside condo

The property was just as described. Immaculate (at least when we got there lol) and close to the bay. It looks like an easy walk to the ocean beach as well but we drove because we had our three-year-old grandson with us. Great location though or you could walk to a variety of restaurants, etc., my only complaint was that there was no paper towel And very little toilet paper there. Be aware that this is also a property where you have to bring all your linens, towels & beach chairs. The host, Heather, was also very accommodating and nice!! We would happily stay there again!

Hi Susan, I am glad you enjoyed the condo, I am sorry about the toilet paper and paper towels perhaps I didn’t communicate that well enough in our packet that I send out. We did listen however and I am changing that for next rental season, we will have starter packs for all renters in future. I am sad that you were inconvenienced to have to go get that stuff! Amazing experience

Heather and Allen are wonderful hosts! The apartment was perfect, clean and comfortable with so many amenities. The kitchen even had a mini air fryer! The bathroom was updated and has a great shower. But most importantly they are amazing people, I had a bit of an emergency with one of my kids the morning we were heading to the beach and Heather was so understanding and did everything possible to help me figure things out since I was going to have to delay our arrival. They switched things around for me so that we could stay longer and went above and beyond to help me out. I am in awe of their generosity and kindness!
