WATERFRONT WITH AWESOME SUNSETS! Come enjoy All OC has to offer. Two blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Absolutely stunning sunsets from private covered balcony. Private community picnic area. Over 12 bars/restaurants within walking distance, including Fish Tales. Jolly Roger/Waterpark/ Speed World just 3 blocks north.

Park your car off the street and walk, ride your bike or the Beach Bus to everything. Condo has everything you need including newly remodeled kitchen, bathroom and brand new HVAC. Fish or crab from our dock, get a charter or rent a pontoon, skiff or kayak. Bring your SUP and slide into the bay from our pier. Plenty of clams to be had in the shallows just off the dock. You won’t find a more convenient location. Condo is on a dead end street so no traffic.

POOL with Bar/Grill 5 minute walk!
There is a 7/11 about a block away and the famous OC Minit Market with great fried chicken and subs as well as groceries on 32nd street, you can get beer and wine at both. Anthony’s Liquor and Deli is on 33rd. Happy Jacks Pancake House is at the end of the block, best breakfast restaurant in OC, as well as a Dunkin. Everything you want in a beach vacation is right here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location — quiet and peaceful with stunning views, yet just a short walk to so many fun things Ocean City has to offer.The amenities were fantastic and truly exceeded our expectations. From the linens and towels to the toilet paper and paper towels — everything was thoughtfully provided. It’s the little details that made this stay so special. The host even left us water, snacks, and coffee pods, which was such a welcoming touch!The instructions were very clear and easy to follow, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We've been visiting Ocean City, MD for the past 10 years, and this was by far our favorite stay. The host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout — we really couldn’t have asked for more.Highly recommend this place, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Ocean City Marina Condo

The marina condo was perfect for our long weekend stay. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the balcony overlooking the bay. The newly renovated condo had a large shower and all the amenities needed for the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Everything was great except for the bed - they need a new one. We stayed three nights, but I had to sleep on the couch on the second and third nights due to back pain (I don't usually suffer from back pain). Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO.

Awesome condo

The condo was superb. The location was great, all the extra amenities were great. The owners were super helpful and so accommodating. The bed was super comfortable and the balcony overlooking the bay was great! Would definitely recommend this condo.

Lovely Place!!

Stunning views of the Bay from the open balcony where we enjoyed coffee each morning. This lovely condo is beautifully upgraded and furnished! A great location, too! Loved every mi ute!

Great location and water views!

We really loved our stay in the condo! It has beautiful bay view and is located near the ocean, board walk and many restaurants. The owner, Jim, was great responding to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a spectacular vacay! We would definitely stay here again if we return to OC!

A quiet jewel near the boardwalk

My family of 4 had an awesome stay at this property. The place is stocked with everything you need, it was clean, and the view of the bay and location can't be beat. We loved everything and the owners were so helpful with any questions or needs we had throughout the entire process. We will not hesitate to come back!

Bayside Dream!

My boyfriend and I needed some time away at the beach for a few days but wanted something lowkey and quiet. We never stayed bayside and wanted to feel something different. Jim and Becky truly outdid themselves with this condo. It was so cozy, had everything you need from a full case of water, towels, snacks, you name it! The view was unreal. We will absolutely be back to this spot specifically again! It was just such a great time! HIGHLY recommend!

Great week, great location.

The location first and foremost was perfect for my son and I. We like to bike ride most everywhere and this is a great central location for us. The actual condo is at a dead end on the bay where you both get beatiful bay views and the best sunset views. It is also a nice quiet spot at night. My only gripe is the actual condo owners there who are a bit snotty. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!!

From start to finish our stay was amazing. We didn't want or need for anything and all the extras were more then greatly appreciated. Location was key especially with two 13 year old girls and we didn't have to move the car once. The boardwalk, restaurants, stores and amusements were all within blocks. We will for sure be back again!!!

The View

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views of the bay, close to the O.C beach(we head over to Assateague, and the drive was still only 15min or so). Low traffic area on a bayside street was nice as well.

Great condo

Our stay was incredible.Very clean, with all of the amenities of home.The balcony was a nice addition. Place was close to the beach as well as many places to go visit. The owner recommended places to go and things to do. Overall, wonderful last minute vacation. If given the opportunity in future would probably chose to stay again.

We bought the condo in 2017. There is always something happening in OCMD. Enjoy the activity in season and the the quiet in the off season. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the sunsets brings peace and a chance to talk about life.
