Awesome house, greatest host.

This is my 2nd time renting this particular beach house and it has always been a pleasure. Extremely clean house and very communicative and kind host. My family and I are very much looking forward to next year's vacay time at this beach house.

Great for what I needed

Couldn't really fault the stay. Nicely decorated and comfortable.There are some cleaning-related chores to do before check-out, but it is an effort to help keep costs down for everyone involved. So, if you have an aversion to any kind of cleaning, then recommend looking somewhere else.

Super clean and warm home.

Cozy and super clean house. Just a short distance from Caswell Beach and downtown Southport. My family and I enjoyed our stay and the home owner is very responsive and super nice as well. Highly recommend.

Nice stay

Overall great stay would rebook there again. House stay was good experience. Just needs couple small things. Example trash cans in bathroom ( we bought some and left there for next guest ) . Grass was tall when we arrived and was cut during the week but they missed areas.

This home was immaculate. Very spacious. Close to restaurants, stores and a short drive to the beach. Elizabeth was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner . I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful home in oak island

This house had everything! Elizabeth the owner had the towels, sheets, dishes everything you would need for a week at the beach. Me and my grown children enjoyed our vacation together and staying in a beautiful and just like new home.I cooked everyday and she had all the dishes you would need to cook any meal. The home was a great place between south port and oak island. We could not have ask for a cleaner house. Everything was so gorgeous and I loved how it was decorated. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful home to rent for their family. I will be back because my mom lives in south port and I love that I could just come in and enjoy my vacation without having to call the hotel and have them fix stuff and I didn’t have to come in and clean before I stayed. I would give this house more than a 5 if it would have let me. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with me and my boys .

We are thrilled that you are viewing our property and hope you love it as much as we do. Honestly, some days I just stay in the house it's so relaxing, and we are 110% beach goers :).
