Summary:

Fun, sun, & comfort in a huge remodeled duplex; this booking is for 2 identical attached units. PLUS a doorway to enjoy the outdoors together linking the units for all guests to spend time together. These units provide the perfect beach location to get your toes in the water in a 2 min walk, the perfect beach community to walk to local cuisine, & perfect place to make family memories! Come enjoy days together and privacy at night to get good Z's!



The Space:

We designed the interior to be beachy, fresh, and clean, The space was remodeled to enjoy comfortable time in the AC, with outdoor space gather round playing games and making memories, all right near the beach!



The property has large beds only! I have stayed too many times cramped in a bed smaller than a queen so we had a custom queen bunk bed built that can easily support adults - oh and we added some power to charge your cell phone even on the top bed. Last, but not least the property it adorned with a massive custom family artwork to pull the space together. We had artwork made by a long term family friend and it welcomes color to all corners from every angle. Did I mention there's fast EV Chargers in each garage? Yep they are included too to keep your electric car always juiced up!



The kitchen is packed full of any cooking item you need, with larger pots/pans to easily create a larger meal for all hungry guests. Oh the garage!!! It's huge - you'll be able to park 2 large SUVS on each side (plus two in the driveway) and still have room for bikes, toys, and anything else you want to bring.

THE BEST - I have been vacationing to beaches since I was 5 years old. I can tell you that after spending weeks and weeks of my life at the beach; Indian Rocks Beach is the best I've found. After 35 years of traveling to beaches I picked IRB and finally bought a beach home for our family to enjoy for years to come. Easy smooth warm beach swimming, fun unique dining, lots and lots to do all over - get here as soon as you can to experience it yourself........



Getting Around:

FEET FIRST - your toes will be in the gulf in under a two minute walk. Plus you can walk to the inter-coastal side in the same time. Your feet can get you to a gas stations for extra ice/beverages in two minutes as well. Hungry? There are several restaurants within a two minute walk also



Other Things to Note:

We have the beach items handled. Beach towels are in the closet in the guest bathroom. Plus theres a beach cart in the garage and beach chairs. We have a cooler for you too - please don't put fish in it and rinse it out for the next guests.



BEST OF ALL!

You'll have TWO 6-Seat Golf Cart Included (must show valid license). These beasts are street legal in city limits - you can drive it to restaurants, take gear to the beach, or just cruise in style! I can honestly say that having a golf cart will add a tremendous amount of joy and enhance your vacation memories! Bro-code required - return in same of better condition. Just $20 a day for both of the carts - billed at time of booking.



*ALL GOLF CART DRIVERS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO DRIVE, SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER AND PROVIDE US WITH A PHOTO OF THEIR DRIVER'S LICENSE BEFORE THEIR STAY*



We are a family of 6 and will not tolerate disrespectful behavior of any kind. We spend several weeks a year at our property and expect guests to treat our space with integrity.
