Experience the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains from the newly renovated "Beary Convenient" condo, ideally located in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat is just steps from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and only a 5-minute walk to the Sugarland Trail—perfect for hiking enthusiasts eager to explore the outdoors. You'll also be within easy walking distance of Gatlinburg's top attractions, restaurants, and shops.

The bedroom offers a cozy king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. The condo features all-new appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and a brand-new electric fireplace for year-round comfort. Guests at Oak Square Condos can enjoy a variety of amenities, including two pools (one indoor, one seasonal outdoor), on-site laundry facilities, ice machines, and covered parking. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included for your convenience.

Make "Beary Convenient" your home away from home and immerse yourself in everything Gatlinburg has to offer, from scenic hikes to downtown adventures.

Please note: The property is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. It's just my wife and I and this one bedroom studio rental was perfect and very clean. We booked it because it was within walking distance from downtown Gatlinburg but far enough away to be nice a quiet. We were there from April 4-11, and the weather was very nice but too cool for swimming. Check-in and check-out was painless and very quick. The kitchen was just right but we didn't use the cooktop since we ate out a lot. Pots, pans and cooking utensils were available. Be sure to bring K-Cups if you want to use the coffee maker. The bathroom had a very nice shower with good water pressure. I like a firm bed and we were lucky enough to get one. A TV in the main room and one in the bedroom was a nice touch. I was pleasently surprised at the communication with the host we had. In other VRBO's we've used the only way we could communite with the host was via the app. This host contacted us via text and encouraged us to reply if we had any issues. Free parking and solid internet rounded out a very positive experience. We highly recommend this VRBO location.

The location was great. On the quilter side of Gatlinburg but so easy to walk to everything and hit the road to hike the Smokies. It was perfectly priced as we just needed the bare necessities to make breakfast and sleep. Would stay here again in a heartbeat
