Amazing location. Clean and updated unit. So easy to get down to the beach. Two pools on property. Have rented this unit before and definitely will rent it again.

Not worth the expense

This is NOT a “luxury” rental. We spent the first day dealing with a leak and then we had family members trapped in the elevator twice. The elevator was broken 4 of the 6 days. The bedrooms don’t have ceiling fans, so it gets hot, and we received sales texts in the middle of the night which woke us up. After multiple attempts to amicably resolve the issues, we left dissatisfied and will not rent in this building or with Oversee again.

Clean and well equipped!

The actual building is old
also be prepared to be a bit impatient over the elevator. However, the Pinnacle Port amenities are plentiful. The actual condo unit is GREAT! It’s very close to the beach, get off the elevator and the beach is directly behind the building. Updated kitchen, appliances, furnishings and very comfortable beds. The televisions had options to watch DIRECTV or every imaginable app possible. I read other reviews of this unit about the bugs and issues with cleanliness and almost did not rent it
they have CLEARLY straightened out those issues as we saw ZERO bugs during the five days we stayed there and the unit was EXTREMELY clean. They also provided a lot of extras, like cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, two beach towels, beach chairs, etc
. A huge bonus for us was to walk out onto the beach and see two rental chairs with our unit number on it for the entire week
 That made life much easier! We will definitely be staying at this same unit in the future! PS: My only ask is that you get some black-out blinds or curtains in the master bedroom.

We really liked the location and updated condo. It had everything we needed and communication with property management company was very easy. We will definitely be back!!

Great location, but things could have been better in the unit.

Floors felt dirty, bunk beds were squeaky, finishes looked good in the photos, but pretty beat up in person. Kitchen cabinets doors broken, not all of the oven buttons worked on the cooktop. Shower units need updated since they are old dirty fiberglass with broken, slow drains. Unit smelled musty. Great view of the Gulf, but over priced for the quality of the unit.

Great place for a getaway

Always love that end of the beach. Condo does not allow use of some amenities such as gym. No office type uses such as printers or things if conducting business while there.

Great location

This is a very nice remodel in an old building! For those considering a stay here you should know that the property location is fantastic
 It’s at the very end of PCB so it’s a little more quiet if that’s what you like. In addition, it’s just 2 miles from Rosemary area. The property management company Oversee is very responsive when you reach out to them. However, I would want to know this if I were planning a future stay
 If bugs are an issue for you, this may not be the place for you. I grew up in Florida and live in Alabama, so I am familiar that bugs/roaches can be an issue. However, we had the largest palmetto bug/roach I have ever seen come out during the day and the following morning after oversee sent someone to spray, we had two more cockroaches. There were little tiny, black bugs that we killed a number of as well. While the unit is very nice, I could not relax the three days we were there because I felt like I had to look around for bugs the whole time. On the surface, the unit seems clean, but the toilets had a black ring inside when we arrived and the floors and the unit overall could use a deep cleaning in the off-season. Two minutes out of the shower with no shoes on and our feet were black. The sofas are starting to get a little worn, and the throw pillows have tears and stuffing coming out of them. Other than that, the unit is very well stocked and the view fantastic. Wouldn’t stay again due to bugs 😞

BEST TWO BEDROOM IN PINNACLE PORT

This unit was remodeled recently and it is so nice. The furniture, the flooring, the kitchen...everything was so nice. We didn't spend much time inside but when we did, we enjoyed every bit of it. The view of the ocean was great to see. The master bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom with the dual vanities was nice. The secondary bedroom was great for my group. I had 3 teenage boys in there. 2 slept on the bunkbed and one on the bed. The room is large and there was plenty of room for their things. The full bath was great so we didn't all have to share it. Being in not the main building at PP was great. The beach was much less crowded. It was so easy to access. We loved having the non-main pool behind us to visit after we left the beach each day. The owners pay for beach service and that was also a great touch. We loved not dragging down our own umbrella and just had to bring a few extra chairs for the day. PP in located inside the gates of Carillon Beach. It is the cutest neighborhood and an easy walk to grab the market area for sandwiches or ice cream. It is also an easy drive to Inlet Beach/Rosemary area and Panama City without staying in the crowds. We loved it and can not wait to book this unit again for our next trip down.

Wonderful birthday getaway

Very nice condo. Newly updated. Well furnished with starter supplies. The coffee sample was wonderful. We love pinnacle port. We have vacationed there for 25 plus yrs.

Cute, great location to relax at the beach

Decor is cute beachy and the ocean view was wonderful. Quite but close drive to all the 30A spots. We did find four separate pieces of broken glass on the living room rug the first morning. We found bugs in the pantry, guest bath and balcony. It really affected our comfort staying there after that. It was played off as common and they called them buggies. It was disgusting. Bugs outside are fine but not in your home. We took our trash out and cleaned up after each meal. Treated it like our own home. Also, not enough hangers and toilet paper. Go buy hangers and include a six pack of tp. One roll per guest for a week. Guest shower curtain molding.
