The secluded beach is next to Lake Powell (the largest dune lake in Florida) and Camp Helen State Park.

With our prime location, you are close to everything and yet feel miles away from it all. You can spend some time dining and shopping in Rosemary Beach/30A which is only 2 miles away. If you want to take the family for some fun at Pier Park in PC, you can be there in 15 minutes.

Our condo sits on the top floor (7th) of the sought-after C2 Building and comfortably sleeps 6 featuring two bedrooms with a King bed in the Master with spectacular views overlooking the Gulf. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and two twin bunks with a view of the resort and Lake Powell. All bedrooms have fully renovated bathrooms, smart TV's, ceiling fans and roomy closets with updated furniture. A vacation should not mean you settle for things you would not have in your own home. The updated kitchen updated stainless appliances, granite countertops and every piece of cookware, utensils or other (Griddle, Keurig, Coffee Pot, Toaster, Blender, etc) that is needed to dine in if you choose. The kitchen, dining room and living room all offer incredible views of the emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf. If you are in the mood to simply relax after a day of exploring, pull up a blanket and take a seat in the new leather furniture in front of the 65" Samsung TV.

Our balcony sits right atop the dunes and gulf and features 4 new high top poly chairs and table. Fell like dining al fresco and listening to the soothing sounds of the waves...go for it...you are that close.

The resort itself contains several amenities for your enjoyment. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, both indoor and outdoor pools, snack bar, saunas, fitness room, outdoor grills, etc. Additional dining and shopping options are a short walk or drive away and within the gates at Downtown Carillon. You can also go enjoy the natural beauty of Camp Helen State Park.
