Because the kitchen is so big and appliances were really nice, it could use baking pans and mixer to complete it

The owner was very communicative and helpful. That place is very well equipped and is a great location just a few minutes from the grocery store but yet has a little bit of out of town feel to it.

We had a wonderful stay. Property was just as expected. Host checked in occasionally to see if we needed anything. Will definitely rent again when we go back to the area

The apartment was exactly as described and as shown in the pics. Kimberly responded quickly to my questions. The place was perfect for us as we were at GVSU for a game and a visit with the kids. Easiest check in and check out ever! Would definitely stay again!

This is a very spacious, updated, and beautiful property. We were able to clearly hear walking/talking above us, but I attributed that to them being in the middle of a flooring project. :)Overall, a wonderful stay and a great place for a longer getaway than we were able to have. The full kitchen and laundry would make this great for a family, too!

Perfect for my trip

I was in town for multiple days of golf at American Dunes. This location provided easy access without navigating downtown traffic. It was perfect for my weekend. Very comfortable.

Comfy Little Place

We stayed here the weekend of my nieces wedding in Grand Haven. This was only about 5 minutes from their venue and was a perfect place to stay for the weekend!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and well stocked. It was easy to get to GVSU for tours and appointments, and easy to get to the lake for some fun and touring. Thanks for a great stay!

Check-in was easy and communication from the owner was great. The apartment was extremely clean and had all the amenities listed, including plenty of toilet paper (previous reviews indicated this was an issue and it was not for us). Check-out was even easier as it didn’t require us to do anything except leave the key. Thanks for hosting!

Instructions from Kimberly were clear, all creature comforts were available to us and the location was close enough to campus to make it very convenient. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Perfect Refuge

Needed a refuge to care for my son who had ankle surgery after being injured at college (we live 5 hours away). This was the perfect environment...felt like home. Communication was quick and easy. I would return.

This was exactly what we needed and would definitely stay again. The property manager answered texts right away and the property was very clean and cute! It had what was needed for our stay. I live in Florida and was back home visiting family and it was perfect for our short stay. Thank you for sharing your place with our family.

It was Blissful

What a wonderful place to stay, it is close to all necessary attractions. We hit the beach, hit downtown Holland, hit Grand Haven, all within 30 minutes. The fire pit outside is large and welcoming. The place had such a great vibe, we were sad to leave. We will book again.

Great place to stay!!

The apartment was extremely clean, stocked with all of the necessities and close to many activities in the bogger cities around Allendale. We spent the majority of our time in Grand Haven which was wonderful! The one and only small complaint I would have is that I could hear the people walking around upstairs late at night and early in the morning. It didnt interrupt our stay too much, but if youre a light sleeper it is something to consider.

Family wedding

The place was clean with a great layout. Easy entry and very quiet. Only thing I would add is bring your own toilet paper. There was only 1 full roll. No excess around. After a few texts back and forth with the owner we ended up buying our own. Other than that I would definitely stay there again.

Would use again

The space was clean and centrally located for what we needed. It was slightly inconvenient with only one bathroom with 4 adults. However a mirror on the wall somewhere outside bathroom may have helped. Our Biggest complaint is that the workers to the green house were planting trees right outside the bedroom windows with a shovel while we were sleeping.
