This apartment is on the west side of a house that’s over 100 years old and converted into a duplex. With high ceilings and Paris-themed decor, you can enjoy the city life vibes while enjoying the small town area.
Take a short walk to downtown Newton for boutique shops, restaurants, or catch a movie or band within walking distance! A quick 10 minute drive to Hickory is convenient for even more options.

The kitchen is fully stocked for a dinner at home. Books, board games, air hockey, and other fun indoor activities make for a great evening to have some friendly competition.
While having everything you need, Smart TV and Wireless Internet make it easy to work from home or enjoy a relaxing stress-free getaway.

We have two bedrooms, each with a full-size queen bed. The bathroom has just been remodeled, and features a tub/shower combo for flexible bathing options.

The house is located in a curve with pull around parking situated right by the back porch for easy access when unloading your luggage.

Cozy with a great location

My Bestie and I celebrated her 50th birthday here. We loved the location. We ate our meals on the deck and enjoyed the views of sunrises and sunsets. The home was very clean and had every thing we needed to enjoy our stay.

Easy and convenient

We were in town for a family wedding. Paris was easy to find, and despite being on the road, there was no noise at night. It was convenient to any shopping needs, but most importantly, 20 minutes from the wedding venue. I was stay again if i needed to be in the area.

A relaxing respite

Two friends were in town to support a third friend at a funeral. While this was obviously a sad occasion, the ability to relax in the property's spacious living room, and even host our friend on one night, took a lot of stress off and saw us enjoying our stay. We were able to walk to many spots downtown, and especially enjoyed dinner at 3 Little Birds Wine Bar.

Family Celebration

This was my second time staying at "A Piece of Paris". This visit I brought the family. The visit was to celebrate my Mother's 80th birthday. I lovingly refer to this residence as my piece of heaven because it is in the heart of where my family members are and literally right down the street from where I lived when I was young. The location is on the outskirts of a neighborhood, but close to downtown and the freeway. I hope to stay here each time I visit my hometown.

We have lived in or near Newton, NC for our whole lives, and always enjoy spending time here. Newton is a small town on the up-rise - there are no hotels within the city itself, and we wanted to provide a spot where visitors to the area can experience the wonderful culture and people from Newton.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home was built in 1900, and we fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. It is sturdy and modern, but still retains much of the original character, giving this home a very unique layout and feel. The house is split into two individual units, with two bedrooms and a full bathroom each.
