Located in the charming Old East Medford residential area, known for its tree-lined streets, historic homes, and walkable layout. While the property sits along a fairly busy street, this guest apartment is in the back accessed from the rear alley and is very quiet, location is incredibly convenient—stroll to downtown cafés, restaurants, shops, parks, the movie theater, and seasonal farmers markets in just minutes. It’s a fantastic spot for travelers who love being close to everything while staying in a classic, well-established neighborhood.

You will be provided with a secure link to your digital keycard, which includes everything you will need for your stay, including, check-in instructions, your house guide, area recommendations, requests for late check-out and early check-in, wifi information, access, parking and gate and door codes and more.

Inside, you’ll find a queen bed, two comfy chairs, a large smart TV, and a convenient kitchenette with a small fridge (no freezer), microwave, sink, and a well-stocked coffee & tea station. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo for easy comfort.

Guests enjoy private off-street parking and a dedicated entrance through the rear alley. Please note that the studio is located upstairs and accessible by stairs. There is a separate downstairs unit below, and quiet hours are observed to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

You are in the upstairs unit of a 2 story guest house, there will be other guests staying the apartment below you. There is a deadbolt that can only be opened by key between units in your entry way, so there is complete privacy between you and the downstairs tenants. Please note that noise levels should be kept to a respectful level, especially at night. Your private, reserved parking and your front door are located at the rear of the property and accessed through the back alleyway.
