This is our bohemian paradise, The Livin’ It Lodge. A cozy, comfortable, private 275 sqft 1980’s beach bungalow is located just minutes from downtown St. Pete, and is close to Tampa, and the best beaches in the USA. Our property offers Wi-Fi, plenty of smart devices, a heated outdoor shower, and a large private courtyard with outdoor deck and seating, among many other features. Our VRBO has been constantly rented for the last two years, ranking us among the top adorable and affordable places to stay in St.Pete. The Livin' It Lodge is located in the heart of St. Petersburg, FL in an up and coming neighborhood right off of interstate 275. Close enough to all the happenings in town and at the beach, but tucked away for complete privacy. The layout is very spacious, equipped with a queen sized bed, a bar area that can be used for dining; or as a work station, a gorgeous private bathroom, and a kitchen space. The layout gives the appeal of a Malibu style studio, with the bedroom area, living room, and kitchen all adjoining. The unit is equines with a smart TV that comes with complimentary streaming services, a small Bluetooth enabled speaker, and super fast Wi-Fi. There is a breathtaking outdoor shower just steps away from the front door (the rentals only shower). The shower is completely private and covered, and surrounded by mango trees. The unit is equipped with a tankless water heater that supplies endless hot water. The bed is a top of the line queen size memory foam mattress, that comes stocked with clean pillows, blankets and sheets. It’s perfect for a great night of rest or a long term stay! We also have a second unit complete with a living space for 2 additional guests that can be rented for an additional fee of $60.00 a night. Small pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee of $25. Our unit is generally not suitable for pets over 35lbs in weight. No other animals are allowed without prior approval and pet fee. Boho bliss in perfect location

We adored the Livin’ It Lodge. It was so perfect for a quick anniversary getaway for us and our cat. The outdoor shower is one of the coolest features we‘ve ever encountered at a rental and the decor/setup is on point - Brandon has so creatively done *the most* with a small space! Might have to rent out the camper for the rest of our fam and return sometime - thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Bungalow with cool vibe

Perfect studio with WONDERFUL outdoor shower!! Brandon was EXTREMELY responsive and a great host!!! It pretty much has everything you need except an oven (which we don’t use). It has an outdoor table and chairs to have coffe or meals. Will definitely stay here again!!!

A small bungalow in the back yard is as advertised. It's nothing like any other place I've stayed. It's very private. Very clean. Nice for one person. The most unique feature is the outdoor shower.

Exactly What We Requested

Everything was ideal. The shower had a few unwarranted sprays while on and maybe needs hard water removed. So we were both tall individuals, had to adjust to the short doorway in bathroom, almost took my head out a couple times. Either way, definitely return if in the area again because we were close to everything.

Quick getaway, unique experience

My husband and I made a last minute decision to go on a road trip from MN to FL for our anniversary, but we didn’t want to spend a ton of money. For the price, it was great. The outdoor shower is a little creepy at first, but it’s just because we aren’t use to it. After the first shower it was pretty freeing! It is definitely on the side of someone’s back yard, but it is separately fenced off and pretty private. We sat on the patio and had some late night drinks & talks, having a blast. My only gripe was that the shampoo/ conditioner dispenser top wouldn’t stay on and the product inside looked old & moldy. Didn’t matter to me much because I brought my own. All in all, it was a unique vibe and we really liked it.

Close to St. Pete Pier

I recently stayed at this super cute casita and I have to say it was an amazing experience. The place was centrally located and the outside shower was a nice touch. I was slightly nervous as it was only about 98% private. :) I must mention that the casita is located in an industrial area of St. Pete, but don't let that discourage you from booking this place. Even though there aren't any places to eat within walking distance, the location is only 10-minutes away from the St. Pete pier and entertainment district, which is full of amazing restaurants and bars. If you're in town to catch a game, this place is perfect. It's even closer to Tropicana Field than the entertainment district. The casita itself is charming and functional. The owners have done a great job in making sure you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Communication with the owners was great, they were always available to answer any questions I had. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and central place to stay in St. Pete.

Outdoor show is the favorite feature among guests! Our courtyard patio is an amazing place to hang out and relax. The trailer we rent for an additional fee also has a really cool vibe that many have not experienced elsewhere.
